Brooks still slow

Tb_derrick It's Monday morning at Disney and linebacker Derrick Brooks is still struggling with that hamstring injury.

He's dressed in full pads but is pretty much a spectator.

Daniel

Lets face it, while Brooks is one of Tampa's finest citizens, he has lost a step and his play has really dropped off. His position is predicated on speed and with Cato June in the fold, Brooks should be a backup. Of course the press will rile up the fans if this ever occurs and cause all kinds of controversy. Most atheletes are competitors who never know when to hang them up. They always want to play past their prime, it's that spirit that made them great in the first place. Its never easy to bench or release a legend, but for the sake of the Bucs, that time for Brooks in now

Mike

Daniel, you sir are one retarded person. Brooks is the defensive captain and has not lost a step. All he did was tweak a hamstring. everyone tweaks their hamstring at some time. Daniel obviously doesnt know anything about sport injuries. he's injury will be fixed, but unfortunately for you...you can't fix stupid
