Dungy isn't our coach. Why is this posted here?

Obviously, who ever made the below comment has no respect for football, Christianity or Tony Dungy. He is probably a Eagles fan!

How easily we forget. I don't know where you were but if it were not for Dungy the BUCS would have never even went to the play offs. Let alone the SUPERBOWL. GO COLTS!

I'm reading the book now and went to one of the signings last week. Tony is a great inspiration and example for all.

i'd rather see Dungy than Gruden anyday.
I'd rather not have won the superbowl and have a competitive team than one who won the SB and has floundered since.
Makes you wonder.. Folks say Gruden won with Dungy's team, and others say that is hogwash.
However, considering the minor changes on Offense the year of the win, and Gruden's massive handling since then, which statement is more accurate now? Gruden tweaked dungy's team to push them over the limit, or Gruden's knowledge and skill did it (ignoring the following several years of patheticness)?
I say Dungy is the better coach.

If you want to argue that Gruden won with Dungy's team, then you are basically saying Gruden is the better coach because he was able to accomplish things Dungy had been unable to do. Dungy coached the Bucs to a 9-7 record the year prior to Gruden showing up. But Gruden was able to take "Dungy's" team to a SB title. Doesnt that mean he must be a better coach?
Gruden has won his division's title 4 of the past 7 years...Not too shabby, and he has a Super Bowl title to go with it.

Dungy is a quality person and coach, but you must admit that it was painful watching him trying to beat the Rams
6-5 in the 1999 NFC championship game and then getting whipped by the hated Eagles 21-3 and 31-9 in the playoffs the next 2 years. Thanks Coach Dungy for all you did for us but thanks also to Coach Gruden and the Glazers for bringing us a Super Bowl trophy home from San Diego.

Its funny how you all talk of the SB win like it was last year. Who cares who won with who's team. The fact of the matter is the Bucs have been pathetic since with a fluke playoff year (weak schedule with truly pathetic playoff appearance at HOME)and who has been coaching this joke of a team? Gruden. 'Nuff said!
