Olson named Bucs QB coach
The Bucs officially announced Thursday that former St. Louis Rams offensive coordinator Greg Olson will coach quarterbacks in Tampa Bay.
Olson's contract with the Rams didn't expire until after the Super Bowl, which accounts for the delay. Olson began his NFL career in 2001 coaching quarterbacks for the San Francisco 49ers. That's where he became acquainted with current Bucs quarterback Jeff Garcia.
Although the Rams had a lot of injuries last season and struggled, Olson is well-regarded around the league and it should be a nice addition for the Bucs and Garcia.

And hopefully our next drafted QB.

Should be a nice addition. Heard the Bucs may have an interest in Josh Johnson as well. Any word on the new RB coach Stephen?

Hi!I got the most reliable information about Career coaches, like other professionals, should be judged on their merits and reputation. While anyone can hang a shingle on the door and advertise that they are a career coach, it is practical results that you want.

Greg is not only a fantastic coach, (just ask Jeff Garcia or Drew Brees who he mentored into the pros at Purdue) he is a very smart guy with great integrity and charachter. He'll be a head coach someday and Buc's are lucky to have him.
