Second-round choice Dexter Jackson, a receiver from Appalachian State, has signed his contract and is en route to Celebration, agent Brian Ayrault reports.
Jackson signed a four-year deal and is the final member of the rookie class to sign his deal. That means he will be present for tomorrow morning's initial practice.
Ayrault commended the Bucs for being "very fair" with his client.
