Wilson finds a home in Houston

Cornerback Eugene Wilson, released by the Bucs on Sunday, has signed with the Texans, reports NFL.com.

Wilson was the odd man out in the preseason battle at cornerback in Tampa, edged by surprising rookie free agent Elbert Mack. The Bucs retained five cornerbacks initially, but parted ways with Wilson one day after final cuts to make way for offensive lineman James Lee.

Wilson also reportedly had interest from the Titans.
