Chiefs Johnson likely to miss Bucs game
Chiefs running back Larry Johnson returned to practice Wednesday, but it could be some time before he plays in another game.
Johnson is facing a NFL suspension because of his off-field issues and the Chiefs don't expect him to play Sunday against the Bucs.
Johnson met Tuesday with NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell in New York, one day after turning himself in to Kansas City police on a simple assault charge stemming from an Oct. 10 complaint that he allegedly spit on a woman at a nightclub.
"It is in the best interest of both Larry and the Chiefs that Larry focuses hus attention on addressing his personal issues,'' Chiefs president Carl Peterson said in a statement. "At present, we do not believe Larry can contribute to our team on the field until those issues are resolved.''

easy win 6-3

devin, either your brilliant or just lucky I guess. I think you meant 6-3 as the Bucs record but it looks like the perfect haiku to describe the probable score of the Bucs-KC game
"easy win 6-3"
awesome!

There are no easy wins, Gurudens O can't score, bt does do a lot of shifting which does confuse his own players, so I guess he scores there. The D has to win the games, butt Ronde doesn't have anything left, and the hardest hitter on the team broke his arm for the team, which still lost the game for him. Losers

Guys,
Your team sucks! Just admit this and move on with another coach. As long as Gruden is there you will never achieve another superbowl. We all know that was Dungys team. He won in Indy. Dungy is a great coach and the Bucs lack class as an organization by gettin rid of him. Oh by the way you guys need a defense and running back. Go Cowboys!!

Patrick
Take a hike. Find a Cowboys site to post on if you can manage to find one. And for the record your team also sucks. We lost the game with the defensive penalties near the end of the first half. If it were not for that you would have never won the game.
I'll pay attention and thoroughly enjoy watching the Cowboys destruct over the next few weeks.

The Bucs nor the Cowboys suck. Gruden does suck and its funny that a survey came out and shows that Gruden was picked as the 3rd coach the players would LEAST like to play for. That says something about free agency and what they've done with it. Just look at their offensive players... i'm just sayin...

Really DR??? Who rated worse than Gruden?

Patrick,
Now that the cowboys games is over and your still posting your garbage... i hope you will have the balls to keep posting while your team goes down the drain. The other teams in the NFC east are going to eat you alive... lets hope your around to take it like a man.

DMS, Coughlin and Mangini rated worse. Here is the link,

Beeeeeeeeeeeeeep.....Ladies and gentlemen we interupt these comments to give you a public services announcement. Please dont mind patrick, he suffers from chronic stupidity. The doctors said that its very serious and there is no medication for such an extreme case. You may now continue with your article Beep Beep Beep....
Anyway, back to the Bucs, I think we will come out with a win going into the bye. All i can say is that we really need this break to get healthy and it couldnt have come at a better time. Hopefully we can get back some key players to help our offense.

Gruden actually holds his players accountable for their performances (as does Coughlin, not too sure about Mangini). Dungy, Smith and the other top rated coaches are considered "players' coaches", which is code for pushovers. Gruden doesn't need to be the players' best friend. He's their boss. These money-making primadonnas just want a free pass. Just because they make a lot of $$ doesn't mean they shouldn't be held accountable for their actions or their performances on Sundays.

Buc fans have forgotten the days of real loosing. McKay, Bennent, Wyche, ect...Dungy turned it around, but could not close the deal. Gruden did. Not a big fan of the teams currenct direction, but the days of the loveable loosers are long gone. Gruden has done some good things and we have the talent to compete with anyone. Execution is the key.

CW, there are many ways to hold a person accountable,
1. Constantly yelling and cussing, running around like a litte man with wiener envy, and any success of the men he Coaches is surely his in his eyes because he ran around cussing and yelling all week.
2. There is the Coach who just tells the men what he wants them to do, and if they don't give 100% effort, they are benched. Can you name number 1, and 2? You can? Good for you son, leadership class over.

DB:
Haiku? Not even close... unrhymed Japanese verse about nature, makes mention of the conditions of the season (fall, winter, etc) it takes place in, and has 3 lines with 5 syllables on line 1, 7 syllables on line 2, and 5 syllables on line 3.
This is a haiku.
The autumn winds howl
Grass smashed and gives way to dirt
Bucs win six to three.

No brandon, here's a haiku:
Hell breaks loose while we're rootin',
another bad play call,
Fire Jon Gruden!!!

GRUDEN isnt an pushover coach,he isnt a sweetheart, nor a wuss, you play or you sit out. He isnt a butt kisser,he expects his players to follow direction and if they dont he squashes them. He`s tough but fair, he`s my coach and he`s the coach of my team, and I like what he`s done mostly. Its tough being an NFL coach I`m sure, not a popularity contest. GO BUCS.
