Graham, Hayes to injured reserve
As expected, the Bucs have placed RB Earnest Graham (ankle) and LB Geno Hayes (knee) on injured reserve after their respective injuries on Sunday.
Those moves opened up two spots, which the Bucs now have filled. We told you last night about the signing of RB Noah Herron. Now, the Bucs have announced the addition of LB Matt McCoy, who was cut last month after he was arrested on a drunk-driving charge in Tampa, opening a roster spot for WR Brian Clark.
McCoy played in three games earlier in the season.

I like what I saw from Matt McCoy during the preseason.
Losing Graham is devastating. Other than Garcia, I'm not sure you could lose a more valuable player. The addition of Warrick Dunn looks even more brilliant now.

Stephen,
So, what's the true story with Cadillac? Are we going to see him get 10+ touches this weekend in Detroit? No better place to break the knee back in, right?

Graham will be a loss, but if Caddy is healthy (and remember he thought he was good to go in the Pre-season) together with Dunn they would still be in the Top half dozen as a tandum backfield in the NFL.
I just hope Caddy was working on his catching out of the backfield over the last 18 months.

That's too bad. I wish the both of them a speedy recovery. Looks like it's time to take the cover off the Caddy and see how's she's running. We still have a quality backfield thanks to the stock-piling we've done over the past few years. Too bad Bennett was unable to learn how to play football because he had special skills. I think Caddy will win Comeback of the Year honors with 3 100 yd days to finish these last six! There's nothing wrong with wishful thinking:)

Bruce Allen is an idiot. Noah Herron is awful. We could have signed someone like Ron Dayne who's got a lot more experience.

Sorry, but Ron Dayne hasn't been good since college.

Ron Dayne! Now that's funny!

From the it's not possible but fun to think about files. McAllister is done in New Orleans, too bad the trading dead line isn't in November. I hate the idea of Williams first live action coming on the turf inside at Detroit. I still think he should have a got a dozen plays on the grass last week. Well, not to worry, the Fry Cook is in charge so everyting will be just fine! 'Nuff Said!!!

I guess this means Grahms ankle is real serious and not chance of him plying the rest of the year if the bucs make the playoffs? Hayes was the maing reason the special teams were very solid this year.
Now depth becomes a real problenm at RB.

Let's quit with these repeated car metaphors. A Cadillac drives good for at least a few years and he hasn't done that. Cadillac should sue him for bringing down the value of their name. I'm not knocking the guy, it's just the truth. I hope he does well because he has a lot to prove. I'm not expecting much from him this year, but next year, his career is on the line. He's got Ki-Jana Carter written all over him right now.
Yeah, it's too bad an ex pro bowl running back didn't learn how to play football. haha What a stupid third grade statement.

Ron Dayne?? Doesn't he do stand-up comedy?
Or is that Dane Cook...Ron White?...I forget...either way, they would be better in the backfield than "Run-down" Dayne...

All hail, the Great DR has spoken. He has blessed us with his all seeing knowledge once again. Comparing Ki-Jana to Caddy(it's a NICKNAME), now that is hilarious. Ki-Jana got hurt(not even same injury) his first pre-season game(caddy got hurt in yr 3), career season high 464yds(Caddy's is 1,178 with no line, imagine that), Ki-Jana played 7 yrs has 1144yds total(Caddy 2 1/2yrs has 2184yds total). sounds like you know a lot about third grade.

I just have to reiterate... The Bennett release was the stupidest move GruAllen has made in at least three weeks.

You people crack me up about this Bennett release. Itch Scratch on this...Why don't you let time tell. Maybe Caddy will do great with a line, maybe Dunn will have a great last portion of the year, maybe Clifton runs rampit(and corrects his fumbles). If all this happens, then a lot of you have made huge --- of yourselves. If not then I'll jump right on that third grade wagon and eat crow.

I was a big Michael Bennett fan, believe me, but it was clear he couldn't play special teams, and couldn't pick up the block on a blitz. Caddy is no genius by any stretch of imagination, but he seemed to pick up the playbook, as did all the other RB's, so that doesn't cast Bennett in a very positive light.

Edgerrin James has asked to be released and it was declined by the Cardinals. Likely the Bucs could get him. He's on 31 I think and can still be productive.

'Nuff Said! I sure Obama hope ends his speech at the international conference on global warming with "'Nuff said" It would make his sound super smart like Valricky Retardo.

No offense and with all respect, If The Dude wants to say "'Nuff said!! "What's it to you? I thought this was a "Tampa Bay Buccaneers" site, not the "Tampa Bay Powder Puffs"?
