Shame to see anybody, but Brooks in #55. Who is Rod Wilson anyways?
And is that a green nerf? I know the Glazers are cutting costs, but....

I didn't notice that, thanks for making me puke. Don't they have any other friggen numbers?

OAR et al, I have to alert you that someone in our office made a mistake when posting these photos. That's not "55" but Maurice Stovall, aka "85". I just fixed it. We'll try to figure our who screwed up on our end.

I did hear the Big Dog on 620 AM say that some player was wearing #55 in practice today. It is what it is, and the sooner we get over Brooks' release the better, because nothing is going to change. If Crowell gets to wear #55, I will think of Brooks whenever he makes a play. Wearing Brooks' jersey may also help to elevate his game. Unfortunately though, Crowell wasn't practicing today. So who is the mystery player wearing #55?

Its a number...who cares! I loved Mr. Brookes the 12 seasons I have been in the stadium. BUT If its so important to people then start a petition on getting his number retired! If not move on!!!!!!

As usual, the Big Dog leaks out another Bogus Story. Why do I listen to him?

If you're going to post a lot of pictures, why not go with the cheerleaders? If I'm going to look at people stretching, etc., I would prefer it be the cheerleaders. I guess in these times, there's no money to hire a cheerleading reporter.

OAR your comments are for the most part accurate but to keep saying the glazers are cutting costs is ridiculous. That green football is weighted so clayton can actually catch a lighter ball for the regular season nike makes it. I didnt see Josh Johnson Mr. Holder can we get an update on if he looks stronger put on any weight?

Conrad....Did you not notice Sims looked like he was gasping for air in every pic. The only ones he was in were for the warm ups. I hope you are right about being in pretty good shape I think he still has some talent but he looked like the Florida heat was getting to him....and it is barely April.

Always good to see guys in uniform! Can't wait for the draft! Just heard the Broncos are now going to trade Cutler. We need to make that happen! Can you imagine seeing Cutler throwing to Bryant and Winslow? WOW!
Posted by: Russell | April 01, 2009 at 12:23 AM
It is great to see Winslow in a Bucs uni. I'm pleased that he is living up to what he said at his press conference about being anxious to get out on the field with his new teammates. I like the looks on all the players' and coaches' faces - great photos - and they all look like they're happy to get back to work.
Ref813 - I don't think they usually have cheerleaders at mini-camp, especially when it's closed to the public. That's hilarious!

It's humor(cutting costs) guys. Poor maybe, but humor.

Well, from what I see everyone was in good spirits. Yes we all know that we have let released some very good players. Key figures of this organization but, from the looks of these photos everyone seems to be moving on. Everyone that is except the fans on this site. All I ever hear is the negative things about this team. How about standing behind your team and act like a real fan.

CW, in case you missed that all-important story, cheerleader tryouts are going on right now.
Posted by: ref813 | April 01, 2009 at 11:50 AM
HA...I did miss that story. I can't wait to find out who makes the cut! And, yes, a photo essay on that event would be enjoyable.

I see Trueblood is practicing his tripping move to incur more personal foul penalties this year and improve from last year.
