A Battle Royal in Poinciana?

Republicans Charlie Crist and Tom Gallagher will face off Tuesday night in the Polk County community of Poinciana in a forum sponsored by the Polk and Osceola RECs. It should be fun to watch: This is the first time in more than a month that the two GOP candidates have met on the same stage (the last time was a Leadership Florida event in Orlando on June 24).

The forum, from 7-8:15 p.m., is at the Association of Poinciana Villages Community Center, and will be televised live on Bay News 9 in the Tampa Bay area. If Gallagher is going to change the nature of the campaign from a discussion of his ethics and low poll numbers to Crist's views on such issues as gay adoption and stem cell research, then the place to start would be tonight in Poinciana.

Adam, you removed the Crist rape post because that violated your policy AND hurt Charlie. You refuse to remove posts which violate your policy and hurt Gallagher. Are we supposed to believe there is no bias?

Please remind George Lemiux to TAPE a copy of CC's cliff notes to the inside of his jacket lapel pocket so he knows what to say when he's asked hard questions (no sexual pun intended).

Remind CC to tell everyone that he supports civil unions, he supports gay adoption, he (like his buddy Mel Martinez) supports giving YOUR social security benefits to illegal aliens, he doesn't have a clue as to what he's going to do about the insurance crisis (something about a panel of experts from Wall Street to Main Street) who will study it, that he'll just do whatever Jeb did on education policy and oh yeah, keep repeating over and over "lower taxes, less government and more freedom".

And hope like hell the moderator doesn't ask him if he's gay!

And don't mention Seinfeld. Only women and girlie men watched that show.
