Contrary to rumors flying in the Mark Foley scandal, GOP gubernatorial candidate Charlie Crist said Tuesday that no, he didn't share a Tallahassee apartment with Foley during legislative sessions when both were serving in the Florida Senate.

The Florida Department of Law Enforcement is assisting the Federal Bureau of Investigation in its inquiry into former congressman Mark Foley's e-mail exchanges with underaged congressional pages.

DeLuise said Attorney General Charlie Crist's office has also offered the help of its Child Protection Cybercrime Unit.

Can't wait until Crist has his Foley moment.

It all could be subject to Florida's Sunshine laws.

All someone has to do is check the Tallahassee utility bills for the early 90s; the Senate personnel records that show the housing allowances that are made for Senators to see the addresses on the checks that were cut; and the Senate personnel records for emergency contact information. They are likely in the archives and I doubt if they have ever been thrown away.

While you're at it, check Katherine Harris' personnel records too. Where did she live?
