Romney's house parties
The Mitt Romney campaign says it has more than 70 house parties planned across Florida to watch tomorrow's televised debate in South Carolina. "This is the campaign largest grassroots event to date and Florida is playing a significant role,'' said spokeswoman Kristy Campbell.
To find out who's hosting on in your area, go to signup.mittromney.com and type in your zip.

If Romney performs as well tomorrow night as he did the other night, there will be a lot to celebrate at those house parties...

33625 and 33618 are "invalid zip codes" .... and in a republican part of the district? H E L L O campaign - how are you going to reach constituents? or do you only want those really, really rich?

Out of the 4 parties in my area, 2 have no addresses. Kind of hard to RSVP. I think they are fakes.

I am having a Huckabee party...

Romney = Flip Flopper from Massachusetts = Kerry...
Republicans may be desperate to win, but we're not going to win by nominating what we've been fighting against...
Stop Now, Mitt... If you're sincere in you're political conversion, you'd follow the Corcoran model and drop out for the good of the party. Your nomination guarentees a general election loss.

I think Mitt will win the SEC Title in South Carolina for this one.

His campaign pictures always look so staged.

He's got a great PR machine and the most expensive campaign already on the gorund. Yet Mitt Romney still can't get beyond the single digits. There IS a message here...

Presidential primaries are a series of elections in individual states. Governor Romney is competitive in Michigan, Iowa, New Hampshire, South Carolina and tied with Senator McCain here in Florida. Rudy Giuliani has peaked and has no where to go but down.
Posted by: | May 14, 2007 at 11:12 PM
11:12... you're forgetting one important fact: Mitt Romney or Rudy Giuliani will NEVER be the Republican nominee. Maybe McCain. Maybe Thompson. Maybe even Huckabee (will he continue to impress tomorrow night?). But never Romney. Never Giuliani.

5:23 still not working for me ... could you post the links for parties in 33625 or 33618 area?
Posted by: | May 15, 2007 at 06:56 AM
11:12 where in the world are you gettting your infomration. They showed the sttistics for South Carolina on Fox last night. Romney comes in at 8%.
Posted by: | May 15, 2007 at 07:32 AM
11:12 - I don't know where you're getting your numbers but Mitt is not only stuck in single digits in SC but has high negatives in most of the other states you cite...do the homework.
