Meet Randy Nielsen, "Democratic leader"
Hey, Howard Dean and the Democratic National Committee, you might want to scrub that direct-mail list.
Who should get a copy of the "2007 Grassroots Survey of Democratic Leaders" (and the obligatory request for a check) but Randy Nielsen, a well-known political consultant in West Palm Beach who is even on the Republican Party payroll, for gosh sakes. The owner of Public Concepts, LLC got a good laugh out of the flub. "How could they be so misled?" Nielsen asks of the Democrats. See for yourself.

“The owner of Public Concepts, LLC got a good laugh out of the flub.”
Of course he did… since when did a Republican give a sh*t about what voters think. For God’s sake, where do you think we live… America?
Be careful Buzz… your true colors are starting to show. Just a few stories down the blog, you praise the R’s for mailing out to the D’s… now, you call a D mailing to an R… a mistake.
Shucks, there goes that liberal media again.

"... Speaker Marco Rubio... David Rivera, Republican for State Representative District 112, Carlos Lopez-Cantera, Republican for State Representative District 113."
Reads like the beginning of the next public bathroom sting headline.
"Please RSVP to..."
Stall number three in the Airport lobby men's room. Tap on Marco's size 9 wingtips... he'll get the message.

To get to Marco's wingtips you will have to muscle aside Rivera who is busy bootlicking.

I'm sure the Dems wish Nielson was on their side.
Wishful thinking guys!

Apparently many have lost their sense of humor . . .geez .. .

No doubt "R. C. Nielsen" lied to get on the mailing list. Please do a better job of vetting the list exclude the vermin.

who cares
Posted by: | September 26, 2007 at 01:56 PM
Let's see. Republican consultant Nielson...didn't he work for the Trial Lawyers and a couple of Democratic legislators in Palm Beach over the years? I believe one was liberal stalwart Suzanne Jacobs. He might be good for a few bucks to the Dems.

Like this is of ANY importance!
If this were the newspaper I'd call this a total waste of ink.

I've gotten similar mailings from National Republican groups for years even though I am a Democrat. If you give money to anyone, you get on the lists.
Posted by: | September 26, 2007 at 03:05 PM
The Dems can't get out of their own way!
HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA
Posted by: | September 26, 2007 at 04:22 PM
The dems cannot get out of their own way, Republicans cant stop the corruption and apparently the toe tapping.
Nielsen is dirty thru and thru.

First Howard Dean shows the incredible poor taste of announcing he is coming to Tallahassee to raise money for the DNC. Now he is soliciting a leading Goper consultant as a "Democratic leader"?
We used to have some pretty good technology at the DNC before DR. Dean took over. Maybe he ought to practice a little medicine on it and get this fixed. That ought to keep him out of Florida for a while.

The dems need to hire a smart Republican to help them get back on track, but not a proven dirty man like Nielsen. Don't let Dean pick the person to help. It is obvious he has no clue.

Gene, don't you get it? Howard Dean is the Manchurian Vermonter, programmed by Karl Rove and the evil corporate geniuses to destroy the Democratic party from within. And getting that MoveOn.org General Betrayus ad in the NYT (at a discounted rate!) was another master stroke engineered by Rove. They've even implanted microchips and embedded deep psyche conditioned reflexes in certain Democrat activists who follow a well known lefty blogger of Latin American origins who did a stint in the U.S. Army (ha! that's where they conditioned him!) and who's name starts with K. You see, Gene, you only THINK you were a Marine in Nam. Faux memories. You were actually being programmed at a secret facility at Fort Mead MD.
But I've said too much already ...
