Another Dem primary lawsuit

This one to be announced by Tallhassee DNC member Jon Ausman. He plans a news conference tomorrow where among other things he'll discuss "allegations that the new primary  date violates the Equal Protect and Free Speech and Assembly provisions of the  Florida and United States Constitutions."

Give 'em heck, Jon!

yawn

There is no provision in the constitution for how groups conduct their selection. So if the Fl Rotary decided to change the election in violation of their international Rotary by-laws would we see law suits?

I think not. Jon stop looking for attention.

Absurd.

Jon Ausman: The most irrelevant person in Florida politics who gets the most press.

What lawyer is wasting their time on this?

Ausman did a heck of a job as Helm's Mayoral campaign advisor! O precincts won!

Dude… get over your Helm fixation, it can’t be healthy. Besides, the only think worse that Helm, is someone who thinks about him all day long… weird…

12:49, 12:51, 1:05, et al. - You all are absolutely right.

Ausman is a self-promoting tool and nothing more. I don't think there are 12 people total from BOTH sides of the isle who listen to what this guy says. He contributes nothing of substance to the political landscape, and yet the papers actually waste their ink printing what he says.

I encourage the media, especially the Tallahassee Democrat, to boycott this stunt because I don't want to read about it in the paper tomorrow.

Either that, or show up late and just ask him about Helm's race until he turns blue in the face. LOL

I’m tellin’ ya… it can’t be healthy… it might even give you a rash.

Wasn’t John one of the Ausman brothers who got rejected when Donny and Marie became stars?

Another Dem primary lawsuit...

because, you know, it's perpetual...

I thought “perpetual” was the price break you got on insurance depending on how many pets you had!

Energy. Wasted. Idiot.

Or you’re just an idiot who wasted energy… you know… posting. That would make me a hypocrite, I guess. I’m going home. Governor Crist; can I leave now, the cameras are gone?

Jon Ausman: straight switch pitcher

Ausman is HOT! I'd hit it like a 1970"s water bong!
