Crist's new gal pal?

New York Post's gossip page gives us a little more context on that Trump fundraiser (see below). Page Six reports that Carole Rome, currently divorcing Bluestar Jets CEO Todd Rome, is dating our governor:

"They met about four months ago and have been together ever since," spies said. "Carole has been living on Fisher Island since she left Todd in July, and Charlie takes her to Miami Heat games." Crist also rented an estate on Ox Pasture Road in Southampton last August so Carole could be closer to her kids."

An estate in the Hamptons? Crist spokeswoman Erin Isaac tells the Buzz, "The governor did not rent in the Hamptons." As for Crist's relationship with Rome, "She is a friend."

So the two of them showed up on the sideline of the Bucs game last week - in the 4th quarter! Funny thing is they were so consumed with their cameo appearance and working the sideline like its a celebrity red carpet that they were completely oblivious to the fact that it was one of the most important drives of the game and the 'Peoples' eyes would rather be on the field. He wasn't the self-annointed 'Peoples Governor' that day - he was a disconnected Hampton's guy. Oh, and she insisted on inserting herself into the Governor's photo with the cheerleading squad! Pretty funny stuff.

actually, I saw her at one of Charlie's South Florida campaign stops (trailing about five yards behind him).
It was quite obvious she was an impersonator there only to shore up his hetereosexual image. He barely said two words to her the entire time.

Does anyone notice that these women are only around for a few weeks and then its on to the new one.
