Poll: Law & Order fans prefer Rudy?
Not everybody loves robo-pollsters like SurveyUSA, but we see some interesting tidbits in the cross-tabs of its latest Florida poll: Among regular Law & Order watchers likely to vote in the GOP primary, 38% back Giuliani, compared to 20 percent for Law & Order actor Fred Thompson and 19% for Mitt Romney. Rudy leads among self-described conservatives, with 30% support, compared to 20 percent for Romney and 22% for Thompson, who leads the pack in north Florida.
Among Democrats, Hillary Clinton is trouncing Barack Obama by 37 percentage points, though SurveyUSA finds African-Americans support Obama over Hillary, 56% to 41%.
The poll also found that 56% of Florida voters are uncertain how they'll vote on the property tax amendment.

And the REAL LIFE LAW and ORDER like Rudy an his people too!!

Presidential candidate Rudy Giuliani's former police commissioner Bernard Kerik is expected to be indicted by a federal grand jury on Friday, the Daily News has learned.
The charges include Kerik's alleged attempt to get a city official to influence the outcome of an investigation into mob-linked Interstate Industrial Co., according to two sources familiar with the matter.
Other charges accuse Kerik of allegedly making false statements when he was nominated to be Homeland Security director by President Bush, the sources say.
Kerik and his lawyers are negotiating the terms of his surrender to federal authorities Friday morning in Manhattan Federal Court, the sources said.
Tomorrow, prosecutors in the office of Manhattan U.S. Attorney Michael Garcia plan to ask the federal grand jury sitting in White Plains to consider the allegations against Kerik, the sources say.
If the grand jury votes to indict, the charges would then be unsealed on Friday.
Some of the charges are expected to center on Kerik's time as city Correction commissioner, the job he held before Giuliani put him in the top post at One Police Plaza, the sources say.
During a July 1999 meeting at Walker's, a bar in Tribeca, Kerik made statements about Interstate to a city investigator looking into allegations that the company was associated with the Gambino Crime family.
At the time, Kerik was secretly receiving $160,000 in apartment renovations from the company, the sources said.
Prosecutors alleged that by taking the gift, Kerik denied the public his honest services because he was acting on behalf of Interstate, the sources said.
Kerik is also expected to be charged with tax evasion for failing to report those construction gifts as income, the sources said.
Last week, Kerik and his lawyers met with prosecutors in a last-ditch effort to stave off the indictment.
Last spring Kerik's lawyers said he'd declined an offer to plead guilty to tax evasion charges and serve a short prison term.
It's not clear what prison term Kerik will face if the grand jury votes to indict him.

Why report this cow manure? Is just to get Rudy's name out there everyday? The guy is in the MOB, his father was a mafia don. He's dressed up like a woman on 4 seperate occasions, and took it seriously. he gets booed out of Yankee stadium, and the NY firefighters despise him. What's really to like about this guy?

No more Neo-con-Bush-think-alikes. This guy will get us in to more trouble. We need someone who understands the economy for middle class America instead of tycoons and oil barrons. The Federal Government needs libertarians instead of deficit spending republicans. This guy will say anything to get a vote and his record is nothing to cartwheel over. If he is elected we will all pay dearly at the gas pump again.
