Katherine Harris for Rudy's VP?
MIAMI -- The Rudy Giuliani bus tour of Florida kicked off this morning with Giuliani speaking to the El Rey Jesus congregation, a Hispanic evangelical mega-church in Miami.
But Rudy had an unexpected visitor: former Congresswoman Katherine Harris was introduced as "a friend of the house."
“She was not there with with mayor, it wasn’t anything coordinated,” said Giuliani spokeswoman Maria Comella, who bypassed answering a question about endorsements.
The event was closed to the press except for a few pool reporters to respect the church, aides said, but luckily the 10 a.m. service was broadcast live through the church's Web site. About 7,000 people attended, and Giuliani's speech was translated into Spanish.

Harris - please go home and stay out of politics. Your presence at any event will only serve to hurt the candidate. You just do not get it.
Do not endorse any candidate unless they ask. And believe me, your phone won't be ringing

Sure Rudy's gonna ask the biggest pirah in the state to be his running mate... & sabatoge his whole so-far fruitless campaign

Katherine--what do we have to do to get you to just go away?
Posted by: | January 13, 2008 at 12:46 PM
Anything that works against Giuliani works for me. I hope we get plenty of photos ops with Katherine and Rudolph.

Some brilliant advance work by Judy's campaign.

Rudy- get rid of todays photo evidence as fast as you did the steel from the WTC. The highest position you have ever held is mayor? And you want to be a president? Please. The securities and Exchange Commission was held in WTC7. That building couldn't have come down faster.

KH for VP?! That is the stupidest title and thought ever, even for the SpTimes.
The two biggest spouse-cheating, fraudulent Christians talking to believers is a joke. They deserve each other!

Bad weekend. First he doesn't have enough money to pay staff and now he's campaigning with the biggest wacko in Florida politics. Rudi is going down fast. What's next?
Posted by: | January 13, 2008 at 01:12 PM
That will teach him for not paying the advance staff. You get what you pay for. Why doesn't Rudy use some of that money he made off of Bernie Kerik and the 9/11 families?

KH:
Could you please just go away. You already gave a seat to Nelson. Don't give one to Clinton or Obama as well. If you hear that a viable Republican candidate is going to a function that you planned to attend, for the decency of the party could you please just change your travel plans. Thanks.

What a great idea! A clueless VP and a Candidate who owes his entire political standing to Arab terrorists. I sooooo hope this pair are the Republican nominees!

And Rhonda Storms would be Secty of Education.

Looks perfect, they're made for each other.

Is it me or is this headline not supported in any way, shape or form by the actual text?
I think they just do this to get a 100 post diatribe.

What a misleading title, "Harris for Rudy's VP?"... the campaign says it wasn't coordinated, she probably heard the Mayor would be there and thought she could get some free press. By the Buzz blog standard Pastor Maldonado was there too, maybe he's going to be Rudy's VP candidate?

Whoever came up with that idea is downroight mean and hates Rudy.
Katherine - go away!! Didn't you get it in 2006?
Posted by: | January 13, 2008 at 04:04 PM
Damn, she's like a vampire that just keeps coming back from the dead.
Enough already!

WE LOVE YOU KATHERINE! DON'T LISTEN TO THESE LIBERAL SODOMITES! COME BACK, GIRL, WE'RE READY TO SUPPORT YOU ALL THE WAY!
GO, GIRL, GO!

Katherine Harris has been politically permanently retired, expect by clueless political consultants -- whether planned or not.
LOL
She doesn't live near Miami. So her appearance was not planned?
LOL
I'm so sore from laughing that I've got to go to the restroom.

Katherine always said if she won the US Senate race, she would be the VP nominee. I wonder if she realizes that she lost?

When will the SPT get over its obsession with Katherine Harris?

state senator ronda storms might make a fantastic running mate for gop running mate in 2008. she is one of the best debaiters that the party has and knows alot about the port of tampa so she would have a great indepth knowlege on terrorism and has lowered taxes and fought agaist porn and obseinity and senator storms is pro life and would be a great asset for the republican party cause she is a christian so she would help the party get the evangelical vote.it would also help to get a woman on the ticket for the gop to split the women vote.
