Huckabee's debate prep

Picture_011Former Gov. Mike Huckabee went for a four-mile run with staff and supporters in Ft. Lauderdale on Thursday. He plans to spend the rest of the day working on debate preparation.Picture_012

"I challenge all my other colleagues running, to come out here on the beach and run along with me today," said Huckabee wearing a running shirt that said "ARKANSAS" on the back. "I hope that all three or four of the others will make some statement that takes them out of the race and I'll make one that puts me at the very front. Tonight we can settle it all."

I guess when you have zero financial support you go for a jog and cross your fingers at your last debate. Top notch strategy Ed Rollins, top notch.

Glad he runs and has lost weight. He's a great example...maybe he can be the Head of the President's Council on Physical Fitness along with Chuck Norris for the eventual winner of the Presidency.

He's got humor and a nice delivery, but, even tongue in cheek comments have some truth to them. Presidents don't need others to "make a statement to put themselves out of the race" to win.

HUCK! HUCK! HUCK! HUCK! HUCK! HUCK!

Great post 11:17am thanks for your participation.

This guy is a total moron.

I particularly liked his comments about telling people not to bother to vote in SC if they were not voting for him.

Bottom line: You can take the candidate out of Arkansas, but you can't take the hillbilly Arkansas mentality out of the candidate.

Huck's is finished. Bye bye Huck, hello Hope Arkansas

Hi, I'm Mike Huckabee. You'll probably remember me as a presidential candidate during 2008.

I'm here today with Kirsty Alley and would like to introduce you to Jenny Craig's new program for men.

Remember, Jesus was in great shape and you can be too!!!

Is Huck rehearsing the line "dont mormons believe that jesus and the devil are brothers???"

Actually not a bad strategy - one four mile jog might just do in the current GOP front-runner.

He will have plenty of time to run starting Wednesday.
