McCain robocalls reaching Dems?
State Sen. Charlie Justice, D-St. Petersburg, was surprised to hear the voice of Gov. Charlie Crist on his answering machine last night, urging him to vote for U.S. Sen. John McCain in the Republican primary. That would have been pretty impossible, since it's a closed primary. Justice said it was probably a fluke.
"The good senator did not get my vote," said Justice who wouldn't reveal who he supported in the Democratic primary.

Chaingang Charlie: the only thing that will be dropping like a rock tonight will be McCain and Amendment 1!

I wish the Do Not Call list included political calls. But of course it would take an act of Congress to get that changed.

Call your State Representative and Senator. It will take action by our Legislature. It has already been done in a number of other states.

Missed McCain at the State of the Union speech yesterday. I was happy to see Obama and Clinton had time for it.

If Indepedents are voting for McCain, they are doing so illegally. One must be a registered member of a political party to vote in that party's primary.
