Romney staffer headed to Louisiana
Mitt Romney's Florida campaign director Mandy Fletcher was spotted fueling up on coffee on route to Louisiana on Monday morning. Fletcher will be joining the campaign of John Kennedy, the Louisiana Republican state treasurer seeking to unseat Democrat U.S. Sen. Mary Landrieu.
"The only two people I know in Louisiana is a guy from high school who works for the Saints and Alan Levine," said Fletcher, referring to the Florida's former AHCA Secretary who just took a similar job in Louisiana Gov. Bobby Jindal's administration.

Good Luck, Mandy! They are lucky to have you there.

Anyone know what Kristy Campbell will be doing now?

Jindal will be McCain's VP pick. Count on it. Even if McAmnesty doesn't win, it will be national exposure and a future run for Bobby.

Easy fella he's only been on the job 30 days.

Mandy is a good person and I wish her all the best. She is a great asset.

Mandy is awesome... though I'm not a Romney fan, it was sad to see her and Sally lose this one. Good luck, Mandy!

Very odd move for her..
Posted by: | February 18, 2008 at 11:32 AM
Oh man, Bobby Jindal would be a perfect pick.

Love Mandy!

Congrats go to Mandy and to the next US Senator from LA, John Kennedy.
Eat some crawfish for me.

Mandy is AWESOME! Good Luck!

Will Kennedy be the kind of Republican Senator that will Fillibuster the ACLU type nominees Rodham or Hussien would put forth?
If not we don't need him, find someone else because if social conservatives are to be led to believe this election is all about the courts then by golly the Republicans better start building the firewall from the ground up with that as the leading litmus test question for the party about any candidate before it expends any resources on them.

Anyone who thinks that Cristi is going to get picked over Jindal is a fool. This country isn't ready for a potentially gay VP.

mandy is hot!
Posted by: | February 18, 2008 at 01:23 PM
Mandy is a true professional. She will go far.
Posted by: | February 18, 2008 at 02:03 PM
She'll be an asset wherever she goes. You don't get any classier than Mandy.
Posted by: | February 18, 2008 at 02:34 PM
True indeed. Mandy is a heck of a hottie.
(and she's single fellas)

Good luck Mandy. Good Republican state, he should do well.
Posted by: | February 18, 2008 at 02:35 PM
What about the Romney Field Staffers. They were awesome. Don't you all remember all the Rudy folks talking smack. Their Florida team stunk

Where is Paul Seago?
Posted by: | February 18, 2008 at 02:48 PM
Jindal would be great except that he is not old enough to serve as President and therefore considering McCain's age would be an issue as a VP pick.
Posted by: | February 18, 2008 at 03:43 PM
Up and rising star Bobby Jindal already qualifies, he is 35.
Mandy thanks for the super job leading FL Team Romney. Always optimistic and with a smile on your face.
I'll try to remember you are in Central time zone when I send you an news article in the morning :)
Best of luck to you. FL's loss will be Louisiana's gain.
Go get em' Mandy!

Hated Romney. Loved Mandy.

Single? I thought she was dating some guy from Miami.... interesting... Good luck in Louisiana!
Posted by: | February 18, 2008 at 04:40 PM
Mandy, you're awesome and will do well in Louisiana.
Posted by: | February 18, 2008 at 06:03 PM
Nah, that idiot in Miami was dragging his feet. He let "top shelf" marriage material get away.
If I were only single...
Posted by: | February 18, 2008 at 07:20 PM
The guy in Miami was no idiot he was actually pretty smart. Mandy has her good days and her bad days but mostly bad. She can be extremely rude when she wants. I think all the Romney staff needs to get off the blog. Mandy is definitely not top shelf.

Update: I know where the Romney field staffers are....HD-32 begging Greg Ungru for jobs.

8:38
Your mom's not top-shelf.
Posted by: | February 19, 2008 at 04:54 PM
I think 8:38 might be the ex in Miami.
Posted by: | February 19, 2008 at 05:09 PM
I wouldn't doubt it, 5:09... but isn't he deployed somewhere? Shouldn't he be looking for Bin Laden or something rather than be blogging?
Posted by: | February 19, 2008 at 05:41 PM
The guy from Miami is a great guy. I think he and Mandy's break up was on good terms and that they are friends. He's a nice guy and Mandy is a nice gal. I wish her well.
Posted by: | February 19, 2008 at 05:46 PM
Mandy's got a cute butt.
Posted by: | February 19, 2008 at 05:47 PM
Yea, a big butt
Posted by: | February 19, 2008 at 09:08 PM
They're still friends? With that guy helping the McCain campaign and getting on the list of McCain delegates, I find that hard to believe....
