The courts are filled with entirely too many nonsensical actions. Toss out about 25% of the cases and you'll have a surplus of cash.
Plus, most judges dont put in an 8 hour day. The staff does, but not the judge.

There will never be true budget reform until we remove the present batch of hooked-on-cash government junkies. My investment property taxes went up 840% last year because of speculator fueled assessment jumps. This year, with a real estate market that is all but dead I've been told my assessment is dropping and my taxes will only be up about 600% from 2006. So government is still awash in cash...who's getting it?

Yet another attempt to scare the masses. How about those in Tallahassee give up some of their perks and salary? Oh yeah, and when you stop RELYING ON REAL ESTATE TO COLLECT THE TAXES TO FUND THE BUDGETS, you might actually find there is money there. Sales tax, Sales tax, Sales tax. A slight increase and guess what? The state won't grind to a halt. People will ALWAYS need to spend and regardless of what bull the 'experts' try to feed us about people won't come to the state if we raise it, that's crap. They will. If they continue to pay for gas as it rises into oblivion, and pay for Disney tickets that are insane, and everything else out there, an increase in the sales tax WILL NOT STOP THE STATE. And before all the crybabies out there start talking about those who get their handouts from the state, we're already paying for you anyway so any increase in sales tax will ultimately not affect you. I'm so tired of the same old stuff over and over again....
