When is that desalinization plant going to start paying off?
Sure can't use Everglades, big sugar messed it up, didn't pay for fix, and Charlie went to DC to try to hustle money from the taxpayers to fix it instead.

"With pride and determination, compassion and courage, I have sought to make change,” said Peterman. “I know Darryl Rouson will do the same."
Rouson, 52, a lawyer and a Democrat, has been active in community and civic affairs. He is past president of the local NAACP and currently serves on the state Tax and Budget Reform Commission.
A special election will be held on March 25 for the seat that includes parts of Pinellas, Manatee, Sarasota and Hillsborough counties.
