That's why our state is in the mess that it's in .... we are surrounded by idiots!
Barack Obama is the only candidate running that gives a care about the average working persons of this country.
McCain = McBush and probably $7/gallon gas
Clinton = The Same Old Thing (lies, lies, and more lies) and oh yeah, more jobs sent to Columbia and well, just out of the country because she's too busy shooting shots of Crown Royal (wonder what she keeps in her blue velvet bag?)

You're sounding a bit "bitter" that the anointed one may get his butt clobbered. The Dems are going to make a big, big mistake in picking Osama Obama!!

It's not surprising, Florida IS just Florida...but there does seem to be a lot of crossover appeal with Obama. He won the South and places like Wyoming and the Dakotas, so I think there's some interesting dynamics in play this year.
(McCain would be a travesty for this country after what Bush has left us with...)

Obama is a racist idiot who would destroy America if he is elected.
He has a lot of America "fooled".
Good thing there are lots of smart people from the big states like FL PA OH that know his true agenda.

Obama's true colors are starting to show & it's disturbing.

McCain will bring back the Draft. Not that I am against the Draft but to those who are not Veterans you ought to think long and hard about McCain. Like he repeatedly states, our number one problem is terrorism, and he is the only one running with experience in handling it. He clearly told Michigan voters their production jobs are gone for good. He has no business sense. If you want to make the statement we do not have a viable candidate running for President I will agree, but to run down Obama in favor of McCain I disagree. Some of you just sing Kill The Messenger. You just can't handle the facts. You live in a small fish bowl and can't see out. Osama...Racist...get going. Consider some possible change person for President, I don't want the same old thing all over again. I bet if Romney was a Veteran he would have won the South.

Obama did not "win" Wyoming or the Dakotas. He won a Democrat caucus in Wyoming and a Democrat primary in North Dakota. This is not as if the popular vote of the entire state went his way. It's more as if loonies like Kombat Rock threw a party. And that is representative of squat.

Obama hasn't campaigned in Florida yet. When he does, those numbers will flip.

Vote Libertarian! None of the bums mentioned will do anything for you. BHO wants to send money to fight poverty overseas, Hill wants to pay your health insurance while taxing everything that moves (including you) & McCain wants other countries to profit while we go down the toilet. Who wants to help America & Americans?
Posted by: John Donson | April 15, 2008 at 08:29 AM
McCain = Mc Bush?!?!?
Maybe you should do your McResearch.
McCain is not a sheep to the whims of "whacko wing" of the Republican party. Look the positions he has supported throughout his career and the many times he has clashed with our President.

"Barack Obama is the only candidate running that gives a care about the average working persons of this country."
Are you serious? Did you hear what he said about the average small-town person? Did you hear his wife complaining about having to pay $10,000 a year for her kids' ballet lessons? Two people who went to Harvard Law are "in touch" with working-class America? Are you serious?
Have you actually read Obama's economic plan? It's like something out of Norway - extremely high taxes. Look, I know he speaks well, soothes your guilty conscience, and says "Hope" and "Change" very convincingly. But he's just another politician, and a very, very liberal one at that.

“You can have you Tiger Woods (R-code for n_ger)… we’ve got Senator McCain (R-code for rich, white, senile, and McSame as Dubya)”
Posted by: | April 15, 2008 at 08:55 AM
McSame and his minions are closet racists, and that Stepford wife of his gives me the freaking creeps….
Sorry Lil’ Johnny Napoleon… we’ve had plenty of your ilk!
OBAMA 08!

Barack Obama hates white people...and apparently small town rural folks too
Posted by: | April 15, 2008 at 09:08 AM
I left Florida nearly a decade ago to pursue a career in government and there's one thing I've learned about politics and politcal leaders in that time. The average joe at home still won't allow himself to truly get to know the issues and the candidates. Instead it's business as usual bashing those they don't understand or whom they've never met. "McCain hates blacks"...."Osama Obama" ....how original, did you all come up with that on your own or do you rip the qoutes from the talking heads in the media or better yet, some email chain your racist uncle billy bob sent you? Do your own research. If you want the right guy in office, then stop feeding the cycle of hate and start thinking for yourself.

"If you want the right guy in office, then stop feeding the cycle of hate and start thinking for yourself."
Yo, pot... this would be the kettle calling! Ummmm there's a gal running for the office too.

I think Hillary's lead over Obama was roughly the same (about 15 points) before he started campaigning there.
Ask Hillary how well that's working out.

Happy Tax day everybody! I hope you contemplate the 3 candidates while writing out your check. Vote Libertarian!
Posted by: John Donson | April 15, 2008 at 11:21 AM
I though all the Lesbotarians wanted to do was get married?
I ain't writing a check for that.
Posted by: | April 15, 2008 at 11:29 AM
No! A check for King George, I mean, Your taxes! If you think Libertarians are just about homosexuality, then you'll be stuck with Hillary (uh, aren't there rumors about her being a lickalotapus?). The difference is I keep my money so I can buy some blinds. Democrats won't allow me to do that.
Posted by: John Donson | April 15, 2008 at 11:56 AM
I found some pretty cheep blinds at Big Lots this wekend... will that help you?
Posted by: | April 15, 2008 at 11:59 AM
On this tax day, please keep in mind that under the current adminstration, your tax dollars are supporting corporate welfare in the form of an Iraqi war for corporate gain, to the tune of $1 billion per day. And the gap between rich and poor grows ever larger, while the amount of taxes paid by the super-rich grows ever less.
So if you're a corporate CEO, or among the super rich, plese vote Libertarian (if you can find one.) The rest of us might just find its in our best interests to vote Democrat.
Posted by: | April 15, 2008 at 12:12 PM
The Libertarians will guarantee the election of Barack Obama. Their candidate doesn't have a snow balls chance and will only screw up the election more than it already is. So go light on John Donson if you want the Dems/Obama to win.
Posted by: | April 15, 2008 at 12:40 PM
12:12! You're wrong! Goto the Libertarian web-site and try to do some reading about their stance on Corporate welfare, then recind your post. I forgot! You were government educated and are, therefore, incabable of doing your own research. You just want thoughts spoonfed to you. By the way, I'll check out those Big Lots blinds!
Posted by: John Donson | April 15, 2008 at 12:41 PM
12:40! Just like Ross Perot helped Clinton win. Just Like Ralph Nader helped George win. If the Republicans are worried about another party's candidate, maybe they should find one that can actually win reguardless of who is running against them. By the way, you are supposed to vote for the person who has your principles. Not the person who you think has the best chance of winning. Save that for the dogtracks.
Posted by: John Donson | April 15, 2008 at 12:47 PM
I consider reducing taxes for Corporations to be corporate welfare. Do the Libertarians support reduced taxes for corporations?
Posted by: | April 15, 2008 at 01:13 PM
1:13. Your consideration is in question. Because taxes are reduced doesn't mean it's welfare. Is that a "Gotcha" question? Libertarians want to END the special deals and tax $'s given to them. To me, that is Corp welfare. But reducing taxes (eliminating payroll tax, income tax, IRS) is not welfare. Contemplate how much money a business would make if they didn't have to pay just those taxes I listed. But please don't tie in reduced taxes to Corp welfare.

Radical Obama is done.
Middle America knows all about his elitism and how out of touch he is now.
He'll lose big to John McCain.
Hillary may have a better chance now.
