Florida House of Representatives Print Services employee James Nesmith staples and boxes one of three hundred copies of Florida's 2008-2009 budget, Monday at the State Capitol. Copies of the budget should be on lawmakers desks by this evening said Nesmith. [Scott Keeler, Times]
