Rhonda, if I HAVE to prove my love of Jesus to the masses, I'm certainly not going to do it by purchasing a crappy license plate! Why don't you just mail everybody in your district "Jesus..." bumper stickers? I also fail to see how this proposal of yours is going to lower property taxes and insurance costs.
