Latest battle in 1st DCA war

Attorneys for 1st District Court of Appeal Judge Michael E. Allen on Tuesday asked the Florida Supreme Court to block the Judicial Qualifications Commission from proceeding against him.

It marks the first time a judge has asked the high court to step in and stop the JQC. Read story here.

This is absolutely disgraceful. If either man had any honor or integrity they would resign.

yeah, let both resign so charlie can fill the vacancies with some more of his "friends."

His "friends" couldn't be worse that what's there now!!!!
