2/3rds of Florida's Congressional delegation "lagging" on global warming and clean energy

Check out this new report card on how Florida's delegation voted on greenhouse gas reductions, repealing oil subsidies and promoting renewable energy.

"We think it shows that we clearly have some leaders here in the Southeast, particularly in Florida," said Jennifer Rennicks, political director for the Southern Alliance for Clean Energy Action Fund. "It also shows that we have some people who might talk about clean energy and energy independence and energy security, but don't vote that way."

Kind of like Al Gore, don't ya think? Let's ride private jets and drive guzzlers while I force my mandate down your throat. It's all hogwash and you need to look to China and India vs. the US going forward. Simply drivel!

"We think it shows that we clearly have some leaders here in the Southeast, particularly in Florida,"

Translation: "We have people who pander for a vote."

"It also shows that we have some people who might talk about clean energy and energy independence and energy security, but don't vote that way."

Translation: "We also have some who forgot to."

"Donald Lance"

Translation: "Right-wing shill."

Global warming is bunk and everybody now knows that except Asjylyn Loder. There is a pass in Switzerland that opened a week later than normal due to excessive snowfall. I could go on but the polar bears are yawning -not drowning!

I thought Global Warming was gay code for t-bagging!

Look out 4:46, the Wingnut is windin' up to B-slap ya!

Good let them lag. It a crock of BS.

Global warming is a crock. It's only a leftwing attempt to steal liberties, limit the free market, and destroy capitalism so that everyone will eventually have to depend on the government.

Kudos to the congressmen who refuse to base our national energy policies on a myth.

10:46 You are a crock. You goof ball idiot.

Liberals have such a charming way of dealing with opposing opinions. Tolerant people. As long as you agree with them. Open-minded. As long as you agree with them. Respectful of others. As long as you agree with them.

11:24 The worlds in the hands of you crazy as- people. God help us.

11:24 "respectful of others"? Are you crazy? Ever hear of that bloated egotist Limbaugh? All the others like him? Respectful of others? Get real.

Two charming liberals check in. Such nice people.

One not-so-charming fascist (Dubya) checks out. Thank God.

wave bye bye to personal liberties as you get your very own personal green carbon ration card:

the greenies will not stop until they go at least this far - i hope you can see through the sky-is-falling propaganda of the chicken little alarmists

9:45 - wow shocking us again with your sheer utter liberal brilliance and originality - this election is gonna be such a cake walk

oh, and learn a little history - the fascists and nazis were left wing statists - kinda like you probably are

9:48 - wow shocking us again with your sheer utter republicon brilliance and minion talking points - this election is gonna be such a cake walk for the true Americans.

oh, and learn a little history - the fascists and nazis were left wing statists - but in today's world, they are Dubya, Dickey, McSame... and lemming dopes like you I suspect.

9:56 - aw thanks for proving my point - simple minded liberal twits like you have nothing to offer - nothing new and nothing original - with such insightful comments you post, your instructors at a/c repair school are probably very proud

I just gotta laugh when these little moonbats who have lived all their lives in safety, prosperity, freedom, privilege and utter complacency shriek about fascists running the country. You people have absolutely no idea how ignorant you are. And yes the election will be cakewalk -- for McCain, who will defeat one of the most superficial, unprepared and illsuited candidates for the Presidency the Democrats could put up.
