D.C. Madam death ruled suicide

TARPON SPRINGS -- Last week's death of 52-year-old Deborah Jean Palfrey -- the woman known as the 'D.C. Madam' -- has been ruled a suicide by the Pinellas-Pasco Medical Examiners Office, police said today. Police said they had no reason to believe that Palfrey's death on Thursday was anything but a suicide. Palfrey's body was discovered hanging in a shed beside the home of her mother, Blanche Palfrey, in the Sun Valley Estates mobile home park on U.S. 19.

Hmm, Brandy Britton commits suicide and now Jean Palfrey commits suicide.

Isn't this the call girl ring that was providing "working girls" to the Republican lobbyist Abramhoff for his parties at the Watergate Hotel that were attended by Senators, Congressmen and high ranking officials of the CIA?

It is so obvious that this is Bush's fault. You would have to be a brainwashed republiscum to not see it...plain as day

You may want to speak with a professional to seek mental help.

It's too late for that. These leftwingnuts are gone, gone, gone.

It's too late for that. These republiconwingnuts can't seek the truth, let alone help.

Truth? You irrational, conspiracy-heaving left wing jackasses wouldn't recognize the truth if it was nailed to your effing forehead.

the right-wing-denial machine swings into full denial mode, at the bidding of 'the dick'

where was he when she 'committed suicide'?

hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm!!!!

Truth? You irrational, conspiracy-heaving right wing jackasses wouldn't recognize the truth if it was nailed to your effing forehead.

... you effing dope!

You two really do love each other?

3:22: you have got to be the biggest idiot that has ever been born! Bushs' fault - you are hysterical

Once again the SP Times shows their sensitive side. The grieving mother lives in this community. Why don't you give her a little break. Whatever is said on here will NOT affect the DC Madame but it sure will hurt her mother and sister who are living this nightmare. Shame on this paper. Wasn't the story enough for you? Her mother has done nothing wrong. Some of you people are just ugly.

How terribly sad that this paper would even put this on a blog to be debated upon. Deborah Palfrey is dead but her mother is not. It is not the fault of the elderly mother that her daughter ran a prostitution ring or her mothers fault that she committed suicide. But yet you feel freedom of speech gives you the right to humiliate, further, this innocent elderly woman. This must make her friends and neighbors very uncomfortable. There is a God and each and every one of us will some day have to answer to him.
