Those anxious Fl Dems

Dnc_shirt

The RPOF came up with this nifty illustration to honor the Floridians who recently picketed the DNC, and we needed an excuse to post it. So here are two views from uncommitted would-be superdelegates from Florida about the importance of Democrats getting a nominee soon:

U.S. Rep. Allen Boyd thinks it would be fine for the Obama/Clinton contest to continue to the convention: "I'm in no rush to decide, and I don't think the fact that the primary battle is continuing hurts the party. If anything it may help the country understand the two candidates a little better."

DNC member Janee Murphy of Tampa hopes the the DNC rules and bylaws committee resolves Florida on May 31: "My whole focus is having a campaign here in Florida to secure the 27 electoral votes for whoever the nominee is. In my opinion August will make it tough for us to put together a campaign. The grass roots people need to have the resources now to start gearing up for the general.

We're getting out the DEM vote! The DNC and BUSH/McSAME, that is. DEM Voters will put an end to GOP spin, hype, swiftboating, and the totalitarian regime. That's what democracy is all about!

Thank you Jim Greer for focusing all your energy on an issue that will be forgotten by election day.

The Florida GOP should be more concerned about the sorry job the Repbulican Leadership did this past session in the Florida Legislature! This 30-year Republican will be voting Dem this November for local and state office. I'm so disgusted about my national choices I may just not cast a vote there - too bad I can't vote for "none of the above."

4:50: Bravo! Amen! I would switch my registration to Libertarian if it wouldn't restrict my ability to vote (at least for the lesser of two evils).

GOPers, welcome back from the dork side of the Force.

Now be good little socialist and wait for the party bureaucrat to tell you what government will give you to vote for what is behind door #2.

It is time for Americans to vote their conscience and look to a 3rd Party such as the Constitution Party.

she's hot... literally

Having to beg party officials to let votes count is something that one would expect happens in Iran or the old Soviet Union, not in America.

Having candidates say it isn't fair to let votes count because they chose not to campaign in a state is having the tail wag the dog.

A party that voids the votes of every party member in two large states in service to the party's preference that voters in other states matter more, is not worthy of support.

The Democratic Party is not democratic.

The Democratic Party is not the party of civil rights. It can't be the party of civil rights when it voids votes--all rights are secured and protected by votes that count.

The Democratic candidates--all of them, when along with mass disenfranchisement and, since your vote wouldn't count, also went along with shunning you before the primary.

What do you think these people actually really believe in? How do you suppose candidates who act this way can or will "change the way Washington works" or "be tough enough to fight for YOU."

Stand up and be counted--are you a sheep?

Where were all you minion dopes (and you, Hillary) when the pinheads in Tally Town pulled this stunt on Floriduuuh... Huh?

... anyone... anyone... Bueller... Bueller... Bueller...

To bad there isn't a "none of the above" space on the ballot. If that should win, then we go back and pick all new candidates.

a standard-issue piglican diversion!

PAY ABSOLUTLY NO ATTENTION to the PATHOLOGICALLYLYINGDRYDRUNK in the whitehouse and the LYINGWANNABE looking to follow him!
