Martinez: McCain did bring veepee up...
... this spring, when Martinez joined several other senators and Minnesota Gov. Tim Pawlenty at McCain's ranch in Sedona.
Martinez tells Buzz he doesn't know he'd be McCain's pick, but McCain mention it at the gathering.

While pondering the VP issue, ponder this: http://www.aim.org/aim-column/media-excuse-obamas-false-advertising/

Donald,
The media, including the St. Pete Times is in the tank for Obama. Voters are smarter than the press and TV folks think. All the contrived polls and overlooking gafs Obama makes will be reversed in November when he and the mass media have a dagger put in their hearts by the common folks.

Poor lonely Obama Toad with his delusional bleatings. Must be licking his own foul secretions over the Messiah's big mistake on drilling.

BIG BROWN LOSES BY THREE LINKS COME NOVEMBER. IT'S DISCOVERED HE HAD BEEN ON STEROIDS AND THEY RAN OUT ABOUT 3/4 OF THE WAY THROUGH THE RACE. SEVERAL OF THOSE WHO HAD HEAVY BETS ON HIM ARE NOW RUNNING FOR THE HILLS.

"A top adviser to John McCain said another terrorist attack on U.S. soil would be a "big advantage" for the Republican presidential candidate.
Charlie Black, already in the spotlight for his past lobbying work, is quoted in the upcoming July 7 edition of Fortune magazine as saying such an attack "certainly would be a big advantage to McCain."

Why bring it up if he's not eligible? Damn, that man is senile.

Obama's doing a pretty good job of playing the politics of fear himself.
Doom and gloom, disaster and catastrophe, seem to be all he sees in America's future. On top of it all, anyone who doesn't vote for him is "fearful" of anything "different".
We're starting to see a gargantuan, self-obsessed ego unlike any we've seen in past politics. Even for Washington, this degree of naked ambition is breathtaking.
It also saves Obama from actually having to debate, counter, or defend his policies when he can simply label opponents as "racists".
Posted by: | June 24, 2008 at 12:49 PM
Obama said the same thing to Fidel Castro.
Posted by: | June 24, 2008 at 12:57 PM
Man… you passive-aggressive closet racists are pretty darned scared of a ½ black man becoming POTUS. Don’t blame Obama, the D’s, or me… it’s time to contact your Party leaders and express your discontent with their offering.
Face it boys and gals… you hated him before he was your nominee and you still do… and everyone (even McSame) knows it.

1:39 - Go play that race card elsewhere. As a minority, I am offended to be called a racist because I will not vote for the Messiah. I don't want a Socialist, Jimmy Carter II as a President.
The Messiah has more to ruin race relations versus helping it.

Exactly, Digusted Republican,
I'll say again:
It also saves Obama from actually having to debate, counter, or defend his policies when he can simply label opponents as "racists".

"McCain's top advisor, lobbyist Charlie Black, was quoted as saying a September 11-type attack before the November election would benefit McCain".
"McCain was befuddled when reporters asked about Black's comments".

Racists?… naaaaaaaaa, why you folks is scrate-up brothas!
Posted by: | June 24, 2008 at 02:54 PM
This Charlie Black stuff is a bunch of crapola! Why are we not hearing about the discussion with some Democrat political strategists on MSNBC who said an act of terror would be good for the Obama campaign because it could be used to attack Bush and the Republicans on our security efforts?
So Obama Robot, stick that one in your pipe and smoke it.

"Nielsen plans to lay off 170 people between now and 2009. Forty of the employees were notified today. This will bring the total number of reductions to 402 between 2007 and 2009."
"Nielsen officials say some of the jobs will be outsourced to employees from India-based Tata Consultancy Services. About 15 percent of Nielsen's work force will be outsourced as of 2009, company officials said."
