DCCC buying Miami TV time

The Democratic Congressional Committee is dropping $1.4-million in TV ad time to target Reps. Ileana Ros-Lehtinen, Mario Diaz-Balart and Lincoln Diaz Balart in congressional Districts 18, 21, and 25, says The Fix. That's on top of the time the DCCC had recently bought for Tim Mahoney's and Tom Feeney's Districts, 16 and 24.

jason, usually I'm the first one to agree with you, but please we don't want any more Bushites in Pinellas either! Will anybody claim the wave of soon-to-be-homeless Republicans???

Sorry ,These guys represent the Neocon Core..We dont needum anywhere in Florida..They can get a job on K street in DC

Interesting that FL-13, another of the DCCC's Red to Blue districts is still getting cut off. Either they're cutting off Christine Jennings' gaffe-ridden campaign for good or they're saving their money until she turns the train around. Not like that's gonna happen, considering her staff problems and fundraising disadvantage (she's trailing Vern Buchanan in cash on hand with 4 months to go).

Jennings campaign has to be to sick to see that they did not make the cut as one of the targeted races. The fact that the DCCC has not included Jennings in the recent ad buys for the top 51 targeted seats is a clear sign that there will be no help this time around.

It was only a year a half ago that Vern barely beat Jennings and now it looks like it will be a blowout. With no help from the party she can't overcome the fact that Vern has three times as much money as her as well as deep pockets of his own to fund his war chest.

When Jennings lost MITCH KATES she lost this race, he was the one guy that could have probably turned things around for her. I think Jan Schnieder might beat her now.
