tHIS IS A VIDEO of how McCain Chose Palin its all true http://www.youtube.com:80/watch?v=d-QevraCQUc

Those sound like the same old rich people that always raise money for politicians. I thought Barack Obama was different?

Silly comedic videos like that mean nothing, except maybe what the general populace may think of the two people in question.

Logic is enough to show that John McCain is a changed man from the one who ran in 2000. From a decent man who worked to improve conditions for a lot of people, he has now given in to his former enemies in one last ditch effort to finally become President of the United States.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ioy90nF2anI

From rebuking the "agents of intolerance" to embracing them, asking Hagee, Falwell and Parsley for endorsements.

From being against Bush tax cuts and warring to embracing both.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=c-caYFdnUCY

From being tolerant and reasonable about the immigration issue this country faces to caving into the right-wing vitriolic anti-ethnic crowd.

John McCain of 2000 wouldn't vote for John McCain of 2008. Even Pat Buchanan says his temperment isn't suited to be president.

What?? Obama rubbing elbows with the bourgeoisie?

The revolution has come to a standstill!!

Is his friend, the the Rev. Wright with him screaming anti-Semitic rhetoric?

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FnI431s1r6s

and nobody showed!

I'll bet these gormless Democrats never even mention that it was OK for Obama that their votes didn't count: that Obama said it wasn't "fair" for their votes to count: that Obama said their votes shouldn't count unless he got to say how they voted--an "acceptable formula, Obama called it.

How can they continue to believe in a party and and candidate who could tell them their own personal votes didn't count. What would these people notice--if Obama pitch forked the family poodle? If their votes don't matter to them, maybe the family dog does.

OBAMA = BABY KILLER!!!

One day a fourth-grade teacher asked the children what their fathers did for a living.

All the typical answers came up -- fireman, mechanic, businessman, salesman, doctor, lawyer, and so forth.

However, little Justin was being uncharacteristically quiet, so when the teacher prodded him about his father, he replied,

'My father's an exotic dancer in a gay cabaret and takes off all his clothes in front of other men and they put money in his underwear.

Sometimes, if the offer is really good he will go home with some guy and stay with him all night for money.'

The teacher, obviously shaken by this statement, hurriedly set the other children to work on some exercises and then took little Justin aside to ask him,

'Is that really true about your father?'

'No,' the boy said,

'He works for the Democratic National Committee and is helping to get Barack Obama to be our next President, but I was too embarrassed to say that in front of the other kids.'

So a slimy twinkle-toed, communist politician gets money from the capitalist pigs, how perostroika. A vote for Obama is a vote for socialism and liberal conquest of our already over socialized government. Only an out-right fool would vote for this kind of insanity.

Reading these comments Ive decided to vote Obama. You have convinced me that Mccain is the Bush third term and I would never want that. Your insulting comments are a total turnoff and appear indicative of republican speak these days.

I'm going to vote, but lets face it, the election is already stolen. Ohio is caging 600,000 democratic voters just like they did in 2004. Our elections are a big joke. There are no independent judges left to stop election theft. They will let the republicans do whatever they want. And you know what is worse, nobody cares.

Oh jeez, spare me your indignation. The Buzz is thick with insulting and slanderous comments from libs & lefties about McCain, Palin and "rethugs". You have no problem with that? You disgust me with your nose in the air, twerp.

Really disgusted, you're really a moonbat.

Bogus. Another Obama elf.

I rest my case.

You have no case. Your mind was already made up before your fingers hit the keyboard. You make absurd assertions about the election already being stolen, about the judiciary being supine, about Ohio voters "caged" and you are indignant about anti-Obama comments but I'm sure believe vituperation against McCain is entirely appropriate. You are partisan, paranoid and a twit. Have a nice life.

Keep digging

No need to dig further. Your roots are very shallow.

We still don’t know a lot about Palin except that she’s better at delivering a speech than McCain and that she defends her own pregnant daughter’s right to privacy even as she would have the government intrude to police the reproductive choices of all other women. Most of the rest of the biography supplied by her and the McCain camp is fiction.

She didn’t say “no thanks” to the “Bridge to Nowhere” until after Congress had already abandoned it but given Alaska a blank check for $223 million in taxpayers’ money anyway. Far from rejecting federal pork, she hired lobbyists to secure her town a disproportionate share of earmarks ($1,000 per resident in 2002, 20 times the per capita average in other states). Though McCain claimed “she has had national security as one of her primary responsibilities,” she has never issued a single command as head of the Alaska National Guard. As for her “executive experience” as mayor, she told her hometown paper in Wasilla, Alaska, in 1996, the year of her election: “It’s not rocket science. It’s $6 million and 53 employees.” Her much-advertised crusade against officials abusing their office is now compromised by a bipartisan ethics investigation into charges that she did the same.

How long before we learn she never shot a moose?

He wanted to choose the pro-abortion-rights Joe Lieberman as his vice president. If he were still a true maverick, he would have done so. But instead he chose partisanship and politics over country. “God only made one John McCain, and he is his own man,” said the shafted Lieberman in his own tedious convention speech last week. What a pathetic dupe. McCain is now the man of James Dobson and Tony Perkins. The “no surrender” warrior surrendered to the agents of intolerance not just by dumping his pal for Palin but by moving so far to the right on abortion that even Cindy McCain seemed unaware of his radical shift when being interviewed by Katie Couric last week.

Palin's storming of the political citadel is the victory of the outsider, the little person who takes on the establishment - and wins.

In Britain and America - as in other parts of the Western world, too - an enormous gulf now yawns between leaders and led.

People have concluded that politicians of all parties seem to inhabit a world apart, governed by self-interest, cynicism, corruption, incompetence, deep contempt for the electorate and an incorrigible instinct to deceive them.

Politicians know this. Which is why they all purport to stand on a platform of 'change'.

But change from what to what, precisely?

Unless there's a clear answer, 'change' becomes a pointless soundbite which risks creating an impression of yet more political sleight of hand.

This is the trap into which Barack Obama has fallen.

Yes, he has amazing gifts of charisma and oratory; along with his youth and black ancestry, this all helps create the impression that he is an outsider and embodies a fresh start.

But, on closer inspection, he looks suspiciously like yet more of the same old same old. The way he changes his political message to fit the audience he is addressing sits ill with his pitch to represent a new politics of integrity.

And his voting record and positions on social issues place him firmly among the Left-wing elite which has waged such devastating war upon the West's moral values.

By contrast, Palin has a very strong sense of right and wrong rooted in her evangelical Christian faith. Perversely, this damns her in the eyes of the Left as the 'hard Right'.

This is clearly absurd: she is a working mother of five who has shown herself as capable of felling Big Oil and other political cartels against the public interest as shooting moose.
Will David Cameron look for a British 'pitbull with lipstick'?

Will David Cameron look for a British 'pitbull with lipstick'?

Moreover, her real achievement is to do what the Left assumed was utterly impossible: she makes social conservatism seem attractive.

Not only is she young, attractive, clever, witty and feisty; her love for her Down's Syndrome baby embodies hope for the future.

As for her pregnant 17-year-old daughter's proposed shotgun wedding, the priority there is the welfare of the unborn child.

By contrast, the 'right to choose' feminist Left, which also thinks all women have a right to deprive a baby of its father, appears not just callous and selfish, but even downright murderous.

Which is why so-called 'progressives' on both sides of the Atlantic have gone into paroxysms of rage and panic over Sarah Palin.

For she has taken the supposed characteristics of the Left - youth, dynamism, change, excitement and social conscience - and presented them as conservative virtues.

Since the Left habitually shores up its own position by demonising conservatives as nasty, backward-looking, mean-spirited, lifedenying, prejudiced, stupid and boring, it recognises her as a mortal threat - not just to Obama but to its whole political platform.

Accordingly, it is frenziedly hurling smears and allegations at her. And maybe she will eventually fall apart under the pressure.

But if she survives this witch-hunt, her crucial role will be to energise McCain's core vote.

**ALERT: New USA Today/Gallup poll has McCain up 10 points over Obama.

$15,000 gets you a photo with Obama.
Yikes.

With Sarah Palin on board, it's over for the racist Obama. It was one heck of a run.

i enjoyed watching the VMAs tonight...

lol

I can't wait for the Bush Third term . It looks like its gonna happen....in an alternative universe. The Polls are all baloney. Last week Obama was up 9 and now in the same poll Mccain is up 10. In less than 7 days. Boy us voters must change with the wind. If 70% of the american people believe this country is on the wrong track, they are going to vote for the same sorry track?

We Americans, want change but not Obama's racist change.

We would rather have a war-hero + a fine Governor that is just like us.

Obama the racist and sexist must not be elected. We need to save our Party for Hillary in 2012!

colleagues in the American liberal press had little to fear at the start of the week. Their charismatic candidate was ahead in virtually every poll. George W Bush was so unpopular that conservatives were scrambling around for reasons not to invite the Republican President to the Republican convention. Democrats had only to maintain their composure and the White House would be theirs. During the 1997 British general election, the late Lord Jenkins said that Tony Blair was like a man walking down a shiny corridor carrying a precious vase. He was the favourite and held his fate in his hands. If he could just reach the end of the hall without a slip, a Labour victory was assured. The same could have been said of the American Democrats last week. But instead of protecting their precious advantage, they succumbed to a spasm of hatred and threw the vase, the crockery, the cutlery and the kitchen sink at an obscure politician from Alaska.

For once, the postmodern theories so many of them were taught at university are a help to the rest of us. As a Christian, conservative anti-abortionist who proved her support for the Iraq War by sending her son to fight in it, Sarah Palin was 'the other' - the threatening alien presence they defined themselves against. They might have soberly examined her reputation as an opponent of political corruption to see if she was truly the reformer she claimed to be. They might have gently mocked her idiotic creationism, while carefully avoiding all discussion of the racist conspiracy theories of Barack Obama's church.

But instead of following a measured strategy, they went berserk. On the one hand, the media treated her as a sex object. The New York Times led the way in painting Palin as a glamour-puss in go-go boots you were more likely to find in an Anchorage lap-dancing club than the Alaska governor's office.

On the other, liberal journalists turned her family into an object of sexual disgust: inbred rednecks who had stumbled out of Deliverance. Palin was meant to be pretending that a handicapped baby girl was her child when really it was her wanton teenage daughter's. When that turned out to be a lie, the media replaced it with prurient coverage of her teenage daughter, who was, after all, pregnant, even though her mother was not going to do a quick handover at the maternity ward and act as if the child was hers.

Hatred is the most powerful emotion in politics. At present, American liberals are not fighting for an Obama presidency. I suspect that most have only the haziest idea of what it would mean for their country. The slogans that move their hearts and stir their souls are directed against their enemies: Bush, the neo-cons, the religious right.

In this, American liberals are no different from the politically committed the world over. David Cameron knew that he would never be Prime Minister until he had killed the urgent hatred of the Conservative party in liberal England. A measure of his success is that hardly anyone now is caught up by the once ubiquitous feeling that no compromise is too great if it stops the Tories regaining power. Hate can sell better than hope.

When a hate campaign goes wrong, however, disaster follows. And everything that could go wrong with the campaign against Palin did. American liberals forgot that the public did not know her. By the time she spoke at the Republican convention, journalists had so lowered expectations that a run-of-the-mill speech would have been enough to win the evening.

As it was, her family appeared on stage without a goitre or a club foot between them, and Palin made a fighting speech that appealed over the heads of reporters to the public we claim to represent. 'I'm not going to Washington to seek their good opinion,' she said as she deftly detached journalists from their readers and viewers. 'I'm going to Washington to serve the people of this country.'

English leftists made the same mistake of allowing their hatred to override their judgment after the Iraq war. If they had confined themselves to charging Tony Blair with failing to find the weapons of mass destruction he promised were in Iraq, and sending British troops into a quagmire, they might have forced him out. They were so consumed by loathing, however, they insisted that he had lied, which he clearly had not. They set the bar too low and Blair jumped it with ease. 'When a man believes that any stick will do, he at once picks up a boomerang,' said GK Chesterton, and when the politically committed go on a berserker you should listen for the sound of their own principles smacking them in the face.

Journalists who believe in women's equality should not spread sexual smears about a candidate, or snigger at her teenage daughter's pregnancy, or declare that a mother with a young family cannot hold down a responsible job for the pragmatic reason that they will look like gross hypocrites if they do. Before Palin, we saw hypocrisy of the right when shock jocks who had spent years denouncing feminism came over all politically correct when Bill Clinton had an affair with Monica Lewinsky.

In Britain, the most snobbish attacks on Margaret Thatcher did not come from aristocrats but from the communist historian Eric Hobsbawm, who opined that Thatcherism was the 'anarchism of the lower middle classes' and the liberal Jonathan Miller, who deplored her 'odious suburban gentility'. More recently, George Osborne, of the supposedly compassionate Conservative party, revealed himself to be a playground bully when he derided Gordon Brown for being 'faintly autistic'.

In an age when politics is choreographed, voters watch out for the moments when the public-relations facade breaks down and venom pours through the cracks. Their judgment is rarely favourable when it does. Barack Obama knows it. All last week, he was warning American liberals to stay away from the Palin family. He understands better than his supporters that it is not a politician's enemies who lose elections, but his friends.

Huge crowds again to see McCain & Sarah today. It looks like`Obama's celebrity status has been taken over by a new star

Barack Obama is so yesterday. The new phenom is Sarah Palin, cute family & all.

That's what happens when you base your campaign on celebritydom instead of experience.

I understand the lengths proponents of the right will go to in order to justify their positions. They don't want to admit they have been lied to and misled by the criminals who have hijacked their once noble party.

Whatever valid arguments there are between the right and the left, and there are good ones on each side, none of them matters this time. Rather, we have been brought to a national crossroads, to perhaps our final chance. Do we allow duplicitous criminal activity at the very top to spread unchecked like a malignant tumor? Or do we save ourselves by voting to bring our nation back towards the ideals of truth and justice?

Whether or not you believe either of the candidates are good people or not, this time the question is about our core institutions, including the Constitution. Should the middle class rule itself, or should we be ruled by the rich and their continuously lying minions? Will we vote for our own free intellects, or will we succumb to our base hatreds?

Are we smart enough to rule ourselves, or do we let the rich do it for us?

http://www.worldnetdaily.com/index.php?fa=PAGE.view&pageId=74666

Can you imagine what would happen if Christians or Jews did this to a Muslim site?

Both parties have these fundraisers..The plain truth is Obama has won the money race with millions in micro contributions from middle class voters..Lets get to the issue of the economy..If it contiues to worsten Obama wins 14 % of the homes in Fla are in default that has to get much worse by nov!

I didnt know Obama was a Muslim until i watch the ABC morning show yesterday

Well said, Chris Brudy. It's time to stop listening to the lies of both sides - from the left AND from the right. Obama has been accused of being an elitist, out of touch with the everyday voter. But John McCain with his multitude of houses and gazillionaire wife is no less out of touch.

Much has been said about the ability of one candidate or the other or their vp choices to lead America. Fact is, none of these jokers will actually "run" the country. It will all be done by committee. And the first order of business on both sides will be winning the next election - issues be damned.

If you want to get power back to middle america, pick a party that cares more about your issues and less about just maintaining an iron-fisted grip on power. Translation: don't vote democrat or republican. Period.

8:49 - Big red lie. BIG red lie.

All I need is $1,000 to get in and another $15,000 to have my picture taken with the ONE?

Where do I sign up?????

Obama/Biden = Hollywood First

Don't spend the money for a photo with the One. You will be seen standing alone, as his image is not reflected. When he stands in front of a mirror, you see nothing. He is a virtual image of a new mystical messiah, conjured up in the minds of frustrated liberals. The New York Times provides his flesh, and MSNBC provides his blood. The holy sacrament is to put money in the collection plate at the shrine of left wing worship, drink the blood of MSMBC and the flesh of the New York Times and pray to his muslim father, his illegimate son and Obama, the holy ghost.

McSame/McMilf = Corporate Profit First

Ah, as if scheduled… the hypocritical Republican trolls strike again!

Professing to be Christian, while blaspheming out Savior’s name by calling Obama the Messiah.

Professing to be Pro-Life, while the majority of Abortion-on-demand are by 25-35 year old republican professional women!

“Christian & Pro-Life; so long as it doesn’t interfere with the P&L Statement!”

Tomb of the Patriarchs

JERUSALEM – Muslim worshipers at Judaism's second holiest site this past weekend reportedly urinated next to Torah scrolls and strew Hamas flags throughout the structure.

The desecration occurred at the Tomb of the Patriarchs, which is believed to be home to the resting place of the biblical patriarchs and matriarchs Abraham, Isaac, Jacob, Sarah, Rebecca and Leah. The tomb is located in the West Bank city of Hebron, site of the oldest Jewish community in the world.

The tombs of Abraham, Jacob, Sarah and Leah are open to Jews year round, whereas the tombs of Isaac and Rebecca are designated for Muslim worship only. Once a year for 10 days, usually on the Islamic Ramadan holiday, the Jewish sections are opened exclusively for Muslims. The Muslim sections are also opened for Jews once a year for 10 days, which usually includes the Jewish Passover holiday.

Muslims last week had exclusive access to the tombs of Abraham, Jacob, Sarah and Leah. Jewish worshipers who returned to the site this weekend reported a foul smell in a synagogue on the Jewish side coming from the area of an Ark containing Torah scrolls.

"They had desecrated one of the holy arks. They had urinated right next to it. One of the men went in and found a big puddle of urine there next to the Ark," Hebron spokesman David Wilder told Israel National News.

Wilder and other Jewish witnesses said when they reentered the tomb they found Hamas flags in the markers of the burial chambers of Abraham, Jacob, Sarah and Leah.

It is becoming apparent that citizens are tired of the left wing wacko opinions. Even MSNBC has realized this. Straight from the Washington Post:

"MSNBC is removing Keith Olbermann and Chris Matthews as the anchors of live political events, bowing to growing criticism that they are too opinionated to be seen as neutral in the heat of the presidential campaign."

These blogs are the only place remaining for the left wing wackos to shriek about their beloved ticket. Remember, you may be reading some of Chris Mathews typing right here, he has no where else to spew his vitriol rantings.

GulpityGulpity, gulpgulpgulp… What’s my opinion today Mr. Hanity… GulpityGulpity, gulpgulpgulp… What’s my opinion today Mr. Limbaugh… mmmmmmm, this kool aid is scrumptious… I say we give an angry milfwannabe the launch codes! … GulpityGulpity, gulpgulpgulp…

… minion morons

Give Palin the launch codes to nuclear weapons !She will show you what she can do
!!

You keep drinking the O-Kool-Aid.

Hey GULP, where are you going to get your lines now that your butt-buddies Keith and Chris have been dumped by MSNBC?

I think Air-Head America can still be heard in France and some parts of Venezuela. Please go there now; they are calling you.

To all Rich-Republicans: Call your broker and invest in the makers of Anti-depressants. There will surely be a run on them this Nov after the GOP wins the White House again.
