Mrs. Executive will be IN the building.
She's smart, tough, determined, and much more experienced to run a budget than Obama.
Isn't the Dem ticket upside down?
Gov. Palin ran a $10-12 BiLLION Budget with almost 20,000 employees. She's REAL and READY.
Gov. Palin and McCain on to victory in November '08

I'll be there.

Only a delusional idiot professes to be able to “Win a War on Terror”. Terror has been around since the beginning of time, and will be around until the end of time. Our focus should be to “Protect our Nation from terrorists”.
This will not be accomplished by frisking old white ladies at airports, checking only 3% of the ships that enter our ports, or spying on Americans… hell, we can’t even build a freaking border fence.
So until you self-proclaimed “patriots” who spew your “vote us or die” fear rhetoric stop exploiting the deaths of innocent Americans on 9/11 for your personal, corporate, and political gain… and protect me from terrorists… shove your politics of fear up your treasonous ... A S S.

Pysched to see the Governor is coming here!
It's sad to see that the Dems picked the wrong candidate. Obama's a community organizer that should have governed his state first.
Governor Palin is SMART, tough, experienced, and determined.
Perhaps he could run with Chavez in Venezeula.

Pysched to see the R's picked a Hockey Mom to turn the launch codes over to.
It's sad to see that the R's picked the wrong candidate. McSame's a senile old man that p's himself and thinks Florida borders China.
Governor Palin is 2-weeks from pulling a Perot to make room for Jindal, as planned.
Perhaps she could run our local PTA.

The Palin pick gives Florida to Obama. All the Romney republicans are pissed that McCain made such a stupid pick when he had a great choice in Romney and will sit out this election. No they wont vote for Obama, but McCain lost a much needed part of his florida republican base with the Palin pick.

It's interesting to see Bush Derangement Syndrome (BDS) metastasize so instantaneously into Palin Psychotic Reaction (PPR). The irrational slander and vituperation that this woman, and John McCain too simply because of his age (which is the same as Bob Graham and Phyllis Busansky's and not that many years younger than Biden's) elicits from nutroots like the one @ 5:02 suggests a truly vile and terminal condition, like the zombies Will Smith battled in I am Legend.

Too bad Obama = McGovern,
don't worry, Obama can go to Venezeula to work with Chavez.
We'll keep our freedom, guns, and Religion, thank you.
VP Palin is in the HOUSE!

I am so excited to see our next Vice President. I can't wait! I will be there!!!!! She is an outstanding person. Donnie Deutsch says so and he is worth about $40 million and says he is so impressed with her abilities and confidence that this is what this country needs. She is change. Biden is not change.

Posted by: | September 03, 2008 at 05:29 PM
Who is Donnie Deutsch and why does it matter that he is worth $40 million?
Posted by: | September 03, 2008 at 06:15 PM
Didn't know Donny said that. That's great...he knows - he packaged and marketed Bubba Clinton.
By the way...Donny's probably worth a lot more than $40 million.
Go Palin, go!
Middle America knows that she's REAL and GREAT for the country.

Sen. Biden’s Daughter Arrested in Altercation
From the L.A. Times:
Ashley Blazer Biden, of Wilmington, Del., was with a group of
“friends” on a North Side Chicago street where several bars are
located when someone else threw a bottle at an officer, police said.
When police tried to arrest that other person, Ashley blocked the
officer’s path and made intimidating statements, about who she was,
who her father was, and the like, and generally tried to block the
officer from arresting Ashley’s “friend”/”acquaintance”, the police
officer said.
Miss Biden was later released and is scheduled for court on September
20th.
Sen. Biden’s spokeswoman, Margaret Aitken, declined to comment,
calling it a “private, family matter.”

What do you call it when a well qualified woman gets passed over for a job in favor of a far less qualified man?
The DNC Convention in Denver.

It is hard to tell who is more rabidly PO'd: the Dems (because they see they are going to lose) or the Media (because McCain outfoxed them).

This family values individual needs to be with her infant who has down syndrome, who is still nursing. She needs to be with her 17 yr old pregnant daughter who needs her more now then ever. Don't be a family values hypocrite.
Posted by: | September 03, 2008 at 08:25 PM
7:44 Keep dreaming. The enviros, indys and most women leave McCain. He blew it an d all the bull about how great Palin is will not cut it. She has no real experience. Lets face it, not many would be voting for her to be president, and the fact that she could take over as President is chilling. It is not about her being able to work and have a family, it is about her hypocricy on the matter. The fact that she would mandate abstinence, but cannot even make that happen in her own family. Its not about her child being pregnant, most of us know about that, its about her wish to mandate things she can't even controll in her own family. The fact she uses the opposition of the bridge to nowhere, but originally supported it, the fact that she is against earmarks, but as Mayor she was the quenn of earmarks. Its hypocricy that makes me say no to Palin. And ultimately the fact she is NOT qualified to be in control of this country. Poor Poor choice and a knee jerk reaction by McCain. If McCain wanted to hit Obama, he should have asked Hillary to run with him, talk about historic, talk about getting real votes. But McCain chose to give in to the establishment and the right wing. He loses Hillary women for sure, he loses environmentalists, he loses Republican pro choice women, he loses most independents who want less governent and religious extremeist in their lives. The R's can hoop it up all they want right now, but I can't see where McCain wins on this choice.

I had to have a conversation with my teenage daughter and son last night.
Although we've had the "bird and the bee's talks" - we had to go back over them and reinforce - teenage pregnancy IS A PROBLEM and there are several ways to prevent it from happening to them.
We've raised our children to consider the consequences, and to be careful of "those feelings" and to stop before it goes "too far".
But of course, they also have been taught prevention - condoms, withdra$al as well as abstinence.
I'm a mother that advocates EDUCATION - make our children fully aware of life and their choices.
Posted by: | September 03, 2008 at 08:36 PM
I agree 8:36 - what about Kay Bailey Hutchins?!
What about Christine Todd?
What about Lisa Murkowski from Alaska?
Susan Collins?
There were so many others so much more qualified if God-forbid, something dreadful happened to John McCain. I'd feel safer with someone who actually knows and understands how Congress works, what are it's responsibilities, what's expected of the United Nations, and at least knows that the Pledge of Allegiance is not 232 years old!
Posted by: | September 03, 2008 at 08:45 PM
8:45 Your right. There were so many other Republican women who were much more qualified and have worked hard for the Republican party for years that have been overlooked. C. Todd Whitman is one of them. She was not picked because she will not bow to the religious right and McCain did by picking Palin and now he has to struggle to defend this extremeist woman who certainly lacks the experience to be VP much less the Presidency.

Palin is the equal to our Florida State Senator Ronda Storms. Radical right wingers. Two peas in a pod. Very scary.
Posted by: | September 03, 2008 at 09:04 PM
Isn't it funny all these liberals are now for family values--like the mother staying home--now that Palin is running. Always before the Repub. were hammered for talking about this topic. What a bunch of freaking liberal losers!! And they are all scared to death that Obama may just lose!!

Vote McCain/Palin and you risk a person with little experience in the oval office only if the President dies.
Vote Obama/Biden and you WILL have a President with no experience in office in day 1.

Idiot. It has nothing to do with liberals suddenly anting family values. It hs all to do with those so called family value repubs who now forget about their family values inorder t be elected. They put their family values and their children on the side so they canbe poklitician. These are the people who do want to impse their so called beliefs on everyone else , but do not practice what they preach. The repubs have to pu on a good show to make this woman more then she is and it is soooo obvious. McCain just gave the election to Obama.

I think Sarah Palin spoke great last night and solidified her spot as VP of the US. I think of it like this, the democrats had Palin in the middle of a circle pushing her around back and forth, last night she turned around and kicked one square in the democrats balls. She then continued to make valid, solid points as she went from one dem to the next kicking them square with every point she made. VOTE PALIN & MCCAIN!

Sarah Palin's speech was all fluff and no substance. But she is hot. Wonder what she looks like on all 4's.

Palin is as "pro-life" about Alaskan wolves as she is about our U.S. troops, and McCain wants to draft our sons and daughters to continue to occupy Iraq for the next 100 years! Remember, Iraq had NOTHING to do with 9/11/01 and it has NOTHING to do with "fighting terror"! Declare "victory" and get our troops the hell out of their country!
John, John, John. John, John McCain.
John McCain...
Yes, he's insane!

To all you right-wing fascists:
If you don't like American freedom, go move to China and see how much you love that government-run life you so fondly admire!

12:48,
HOW is Obama against freedom?!
You like freedom?! That's why you support torture, illegal wire-tapping, illegal detention without charges, evidence, representation or fair trial, and classifying the birth control pill as abortion?! WOW, your idea of freedom sure looks a lot more to me like Nazi Germany!!!
Get out of my country, FASCIST!!!
Posted by: | September 04, 2008 at 01:00 PM
I’m a die-hard Republican, but wanted Mitt to win the nomination. I was going to vote for John so i can keep my Aerospace job (defense), but wasn’t thrilled about it because of his liberal stance on immigration.
Then came my buddy……….Sarah. We don’t know each other, but she’s my buddy. She could by your co-workers, or neighbor or business acquaintance.
I have a brother who is handicapped and particularly loved her promise to mothers of special needs children that they have a friend and advocate in Washington for them!! And I firmly believe her sincerity.
I also thought her joke about hockey moms and pit bulls was brilliant. She is me, she is most women with children and she is determined.
Obama………….get lost you loser. And take your hammy children with you. If it’s ok for the democrats/anarchists to try and demean this woman, her newborn baby angel and her soon-to-be-loved grandchild, then I can tell all of them what I really think. Michelle is a racist black woman with hate on that chip on her shoulder and Obama is a radical that most of us can’t even imagine.
Bring it on Joe Biden, you old style politician. You must walk a very fine line to keep ahead of the love this country already has for Sarah.
You, Joe, remind me of a Steve Martin lounge act from SNL. Fake and out of style.
Posted by: Stacy | September 04, 2008 at 01:05 PM
Stacy, WOW!
You said Sarah's your buddy?! I guess you see nothing wrong with her misusing her office to fire someone simply due to her sister getting divorced? And she BRAGS about ETHICS REFORM?!?! She should CHOKE on her HYPOCRISY!!! She's under investigation for ETHICS VIOLATIONS!!!
You also see nothing wrong with your family members being drafted to occupy Iraq for the next 100 years?!?!?
Your phone being wire-tapped?!?!
People being held captive and tortured without evidence, charges, representation or fair trial?!?!
Care to substantiate "Michelle is a racist black woman with hate on that chip on her shoulder"???
Also, care to substantiate "Obama is a radical"???
How about Biden is an "old style politician"? (what's that make McCain?)
Or are you just bigoted and really good at name-calling (you know, like Sarah)???
Sounds quite clear to me that it's YOU who is the sexist and the racist, voting for Palin simply because she's a white woman.
Guess what? Your FASCISM isn't welcome here either! Move to China! You'll love it!!!
Obama is a "radical" because he's going to restore the Constitution and bring our troops home! He'll also catch Osama bin Laden and close Guantanamo!
Peace, Prosperity and Freedom for Americans!
Deportation for FASCISTS!

The true SEXISTS are coming out of the closet now. The Sarah Palin haters.
She is the next VP and we conservatives couldn't be more proud.
Posted by: kent | September 04, 2008 at 02:18 PM
Palin is the biggest threat to the liberal lefties. Thats the only reason why they've returned to the stoneage. Woman with children aren't qualified A Mayor a govenor of a state? Pro choice they mean pro abortion you can't choose to have an unexpected pregnancy.is that why they ripped that 17 year old girl aprat like savages.BTW sex education has been taught in schools for over 25 years and teen pregnancy is up. Since when are women treated so bad? Oh yeah thats right they stuck it to their own too. Remember Hillary. To you the far left who are so enlightened.Catch a clue in Tampa with Palin.

Guess you didn't know the state trooper was fired due to Domestic abuse and driving under the influence with his children and that he had 13 misconductuct violations before Palin was even involved. She is completely more qualified than an absent Jr. senator from the most corrupt city in our country and is friends as well as earned 49 million dollars with an unappollogetic american terrorist Micheal ayers. His pastor for 20 years is a confessed witnessed bigot but yet being he was like a grandfather to Barrak but somehow managed to conceal his bigotry from him. I think it is people like michelle his wife who could only be proud of her country for nominting a black man. The gloves are off his politics as usual is going to come out. John Mccain is a true reformer both sides know it.
