I would rather not see her, but thanks for the offer.

The GOP: Party to Nowhere. (you betcha!)
Posted by: Bob H | October 30, 2008 at 02:25 PM
McCain can only blame himself for losing this election. The thought of someone who was runner up in the Ms. Alaska beauty contest as VP of our great country is beyond scary!
Any republican who can justify supporting Palin is completely ignorant.
Thanks for destroying our chances McCain! I'm voting for Obama. Maybe this will be a wakeup call for the GOP.
Posted by: Frustrated Republican | October 30, 2008 at 02:37 PM
I think I can see New Port Richey from my front yard in Clearwater
Posted by: jb | October 30, 2008 at 02:50 PM
if there is a God,why does he keep punishing us with these two IDIOTS
Posted by: please | October 30, 2008 at 02:52 PM
Donna, the reason she won't release her medical records is...because it will show she only had 4 children and her s--lutty daugther has had 2,by the age of 17,can't control what goes on in her house, but is in a position to control the most powerful Country in the world,"LORD I SURE HOPE NOT",the GOP really blew this one

The best way to see Palin?
Posted by: Beer Goggles. | October 30, 2008 at 03:02 PM
all, she does is run obama down. she knows nothing about anything. why is her husband with her all of the time , the same with cindy mccain. does hubby todd have a job where is he getting all of the money to jet set around with her. cindy is different she is an ceo of an business, huband todd palin is nothing i wouldn't cross the street to see her or hear her run down every body, she is not perfect herself. she is glamersizing her self to run in 2012
and i'm a republican myself also a vet, can't vote for war hungry mccain and not to tax the rich, exxon made 15 billion dollars profit for this quarter, thatr's a shame tax them and restore the middle class, make the banks make these loans for these people that are having trouble staying in there homes after all they made there money with these inflated prices. why should the tax payers bail every body out who bails out the tax payers when in trouble nobody
Posted by: jim | October 30, 2008 at 03:11 PM
Well said Jim,I'm also a vet who has already lost his house,no one came to my rescue.
any chance of you running for Pres.in the future ?
p.s. I lost my house due to the lack of work, not because I was over extended

02:58 - According to this website and other reports, Sarah Palin was ALSO PREGGERS BEFORE SHE GOT MARRIED! Like mother-like-daughter!
Learn more about Sarah Palin from a website which BOTH confirms and debunks rumors/facts regarding her, and includes references:
http://explorations.chasrmartin.com/2008/09/06/palin-rumors/
1. Yes, she [Sarah] was apparently pregnant when she got married.
2. Yes, there are people in Alaska who think she’s too liberal.
3. Yes, she did want authority to have wolves culled from the air. No, she isn’t shooting them herself. I mean, not that she couldn’t, but I’m sure she doesn’t have time.
4. Yes, she did smoke marijuana, when it was legal in Alaska. Yes, she apparently did inhale.
5. Yes, it appears that she has a Big Dipper tattooed on her ankle.
6. Yes, Bristol appears to have had sex with her fiancee. No, Bristol didn’t receive only “abstinence-only” sex ed.
7. No, she doesn’t believe in “abstinence only” education. Yes, she thinks abstinence is an effective way of preventing pregnancy. Duh. Yes, she believes kids should learn about condom use in schools.
8. Yes, her 17 year old daughter is pregnant.
9. Yes, she did try, clearly unsuccessfully, to get Bristol married off to her fiancee before the story came out.

I will decline this chance to see her, I prefer Tina Fey on SNL! I will sleep in while her loyal supporters wake up at the crack of dawn to shoot moose, I mean to see Palin.

huge turnout expected to see the future president of the U.S.: Sarah Palin
Posted by: | October 30, 2008 at 07:11 PM
I USED to be afraid of OBAMA (still am, really - of his policies if he were to be elected) - but even more so - I am spooked by his ZOMBIE CRAZY followers - what a bunch of crazies, as evidenced by the idiotic comments here!
McCain-Palin 2008!
Posted by: Mimi | October 30, 2008 at 08:39 PM
8:39 You certainly are the type McCain/Palin tends to recruit.
Posted by: | October 30, 2008 at 08:46 PM
Lots of double standards as it relates to Sarah Palin...according to a lot of the folks who have commented already: If you are a good looking woman you can't possibly be...intelligent. You also cannot have a good 20 year marriage with kids. You can't be a good governor, must have been a fluck that she was elected. You can't be considered a viable candidate for VP...Hillary Clinton has only been a senator a short time. She's never been a governor or state legislator prior to her term now. So other than the fact that she is crass, arrogant and not as visually appealing as Sarah Palin there really isn't much difference between the two women.
I think that Sarah Palin brings a breath of fresh air to this campaign. She speaks her mind even when it isn't necessarily the most popular thing to do. She is someone that Americans can relate to. Her family is just like most everyone's family...REAL! If you have children than you know it is a challenge everyday to bring them up in the way that they should go. So why don't the people posting their blogs take a look in the mirror and get off their proverbial soap boxes. The difference between you and Sarah Palin or any of the other candidates is that you are at home tossing out your opinions and they are living their lives in a glaring spotlit microscope.
Go Sarah!
Posted by: gray7 | October 30, 2008 at 09:56 PM
Sarah you go girl!
Don't let the paid Obama bloggers get you down, fellow voters. They are just jealous because they never looked that good 4 months after having even their 1st kid let alone 5th, aren't married to a guy that is drop dead gorgeous and one who could whip their wimpy-liberal-couch-potato boyfriend's butts in a bar fight. Sarah they truly are just jealous. I'm voting for you!
Posted by: FL Voter | October 30, 2008 at 10:12 PM
I'll stay home, sip some Cognac, smoke my pipe and read some Noam Chomsky.
Posted by: Go Obama | October 30, 2008 at 10:22 PM
Some of you people really have a sad pathetic view of the world.
If this is a preview of how the left will govern I just came off the fence and will vote McCain. While I don't like some of his policies and and also think Obama has some good ideas I just cannot buy into the radical, mindless hatred. There is something very un-American about this Acorn bunch, encouraging sign stealing and an in the tank media. Excuse me for not catching on sooner to what is really happening here.
I won't be attending this event, I will be holding my nose when I vote but I refuse to support any more of this anti-American behavior the Obama campaign is neck deep in now.
Posted by: | October 31, 2008 at 12:50 AM
Considering the unrest in the country and Obama's spending on ads, he should be overwhelmingly ahead right now. It shouldn't be close. Why is it?
Because you doubt.
Obama's numbers and nuances don't add up. You doubt he's sincere about change you can believe in. You doubt he really reaches across party lines to do the work of the people.
You doubt him because he has ties to terrorists, felons, and racists.
You doubt him because he votes present or outright shows disdain for newborn babies under the guise of women's health.
You doubt him because no friends from high school and college have come out to support him.
You doubt Obama and THAT his why McCain will win.
Posted by: You Doubt Obama | October 31, 2008 at 01:28 AM
Good post. Very true.
Simply ask Obama about Bernie Sanders (self-described socialist)...
matter fact ask him about Alwalweed bin Tal... and Khalid Al-Mansour
...educate yourself... don't be a mindless kool-aid drinker.
Posted by: McCain for President | October 31, 2008 at 02:51 AM
Sounds like a lot of dumb people on this site. Palin knows a lot more then that socialist on the left and for sure isn't as bad as Biden. I can understand why you folks don't like her- you were schooled here in Florida which is the state of uneducated people. Have seen her before, will again.
Posted by: photoman | October 31, 2008 at 11:22 AM
You people here are truly very sad. I am sorry your lives are so unhappy. Hopefully someday you will find something enriching and fulfilling in your lives to give you some happiness. I wish that upon each and every one of you.
Posted by: Mike | October 31, 2008 at 01:15 PM
You can definitely tell by many of the comments here that there are quite a few uneducated voters seeking an Obama welfare check, and these crazies will do and say anything for that whopping $600; including putting their potential employers at financial risk. Get educated, get employed, and get real people!

We will be there. I don't think Sarah is intimidated by the nasty "Culture of Ick" lefty comments. You keep telling the truth Sarah we are behind you in Florida! God BLESS America! God will take care of the damning of the fools.

Watch out for the Left Wing Blog Frauds that Pose as "former republicans".
PUMAs on the Obama Cult Playbook:
1) Calls for McCain to just give up and quit, because the race is over.
(2) Wild claims of Obama winning states that shock and surprise you.
(3) Repeated insistence that blacks and young people will decide this election, and they are all going to vote in record numbers for Obama.
They explain why you shouldn't believe these things, or believe in their importance, just because Obama desperately wants you to believe them. If he can't get you to vote for him, he's trying to get you to stay home Nov. 4. If you let him tell you what to do, then you'd better get used to it.
Posted by: PUMAs will Elect McCain | October 31, 2008 at 04:34 PM
I'll be there.. This election will be very close - closer than the media would like you to think... McCain/Palin supporters - EVERY VOTE COUNTS.. especially in this state. Obama supporters - take it easy, stay home, this is already in the bag for him.. ;)
Posted by: FL Girl | October 31, 2008 at 05:46 PM
yeah, 12:50 am, we all believe that you "suddenly" stumbled upon this particular blog, which admittedly has some pretty goofy stuff on it, and all of a sudden "came off the fence" to vote for mccain. yeah, you haven't noticed any of the mindless cut-and-paste liars and haters on the other threads trashing the other candidate's reputation, family, faith, supporters, and patriotism. yeah, you just made up the phrases "un-American", "ACORN" and "in the tank media" all by yourself, didn't you? Shameful...oh, wait, you don't have any shame.
Posted by: the real marty | October 31, 2008 at 05:48 PM
at least we know some backround on these two for the gop ticket more than we can say for "that one" and hey release the tape, or maybe get your guy to do that right thing and demand it, right!!! maccain did the right thing as a vet when none of us were there that's a reason to trust him, what has "that one" ever done to be trusted, right? ayers? the tape? public finance? .... could be here all night
happy for the chance to see the next vp of our country

You shouldn't be working for government. Your government should be working for you and if you share that commitment and if you want to work hard -- if you know what hard work feels like and if you want to get ahead, and if you believe that America is the land of possibilities, and you don't want your dreams dashed by the Obama tax plan increases -- then, America, we're asking you to wake up
Posted by: working for who | October 31, 2008 at 08:30 PM
in your lifetime have you ever seen a candidate come out, say more spooky things than this candidate has said, talk about, you know, that the Warren court, you know, wasn't so radical; I mean they didn't -- you know, they didn't get rid of some of the fundamentals of the Constitution put there by our founding fathers to stop the redistribution of wealth. I mean, you've got to be kidding me!

SARAH SMILE!!!!!!!! Ill be there.
Baby hair with a woman's eyes
I can feel you're watching in the night
All alone with me and we're waiting for the sunlight
When I feel cold, you warm me
And when I feel I can't go on, you come and hold me
It's you... And me forever
Sara Smile
Won't you smile a while for me
Sara
If you feel like leaving you know you can go
But why don't you stay until tomorrow?
If you want to be free, you know, all you got to do is say so
And when you feel cold, I'll warm you
And when you feel you can't go on, I'll come and hold you
It's you... And me forever
Sara Smile
Won't you smile a while for me
