Up early for Palin

Coachman Park in Clearwater is beginning to fill up early this morning in anticipation of Sarah Palin's speech. People began lining up outside the park as early as midnight.

One of the first in line was Blair Skinner, 18, of Largo. "I look up to her. She seems real cool," Skinner said.

Now that the sun is up, the park is rapidly filling with people decked out in red.

Seems to me that when Obama was here, we had front page photos of people lining up waiting to get in. Palin gets a tiny bit on a blog about her visit to Clearwater...no bias there!

Well said, John. I believe there were YouTube videos by the afternoon of Obama's visit. I'm sure the SP Times will duck the Palin visit by sticking with Rays coverage on the front page.

It is CLEAR that this woman is not qualified to be in the whitehouse BUT I WOULD DEFINITELY DO HER!

Seems to me that you can't get front page photos until AFTER THE EVENT!!!! That would be TOMORROW'S FRONT PAGE. You guys are about as bright as PALIN!

I am absolutely astonished! Why hasn’t Obama and Ayers been arrested? McSame and the Ho-sixpack have publicly stated that Obama “pals around” with terrorists, sympathizes with terrorists, and knows a whole bunch of terrorists but yet he and Ayers walk free on the streets of America.

There are thousands of people in GITMO who are simply “suspected” of such behavior, yet these two threats to our National Security roam free and we know exactly where they are… I don’t get it. And to top all of that, they allowed Obama to be elected into our Senate and gave him access to what is certain to be very sensitive national security material.

I think Obama and Ayers should be arrested immediately and sent to GITMO, and Dubya, Dickey, McSame, and Ho-sixpack should be arrested and put on trial for treason for allowing this threat to our Nation’s Security to go freely about our nation and the halls of Washington.

Love,

Osama Been Forgotten (R)

On the front page of the website, meat.

I'm not voting for McCain. Not voting for O'bama either. Philosophical differences. Just need to pick out a third party candidate. But I can't tell you how much it delights and amuses me to see the absolute hysteria Sarah Palin has created amongst the ultra-liberals. Flipping through stations to find a traffic report this morning, I heard one disc jockey ranting "how much we all hate that B***H". He was almost apoplectic. I chuckled the rest of the way to work.

Our candidate is losing. How can that be? It MUST be because that horrible, "liberal" media. They're ruining this once great Republican country. Oh, the humanity!!!

The only qualification for Vice-President is that he or she is eligible to be President:

From Article II of the Consitution:
"No person except a natural born Citizen, or a Citizen of the United States, at the time of the Adoption of this Constitution, shall be eligible to the Office of President; neither shall any Person be eligible to that Office who shall not have attained to the Age of thirty-five Years, and been fourteen Years a Resident within the United States."

Timothy, do you question her age, or do you believe Alaska is not part of the United States?

Or is it that those in the "Politician Caste" are qualified?

Omitted a word:

Or is it that ONLY those in the "Politician Caste" are qualified?

Get a grip, Palin's a hack puppet. Girlygirl can't even keep her own kids out of a back seat, what the hell do you think she'll do in a Washington filled with closet pervert Republicon!

Besides, when is the "liberal" media going to cover her recent affair with her "first dude's" business partner?

I'm so excited to be going to the Palin rally. I got up early to check out the northern lights, which you can see from the window of my room at the Ft. Harrison! I can't wait to help elect a fellow cultist to the VP office! She's better than Romney!

(Omitted a letter or two.)

Bwa-ha-ha-ha. Guffaw. Chortle, chortle, stnort....snorfle. You guys are a HOOT! I can almost hear you grinding your teeth.

Ahh yes 0857 - the intelligent retort of a true Democrat - I expect nothing less.

GulpidyGulpidy, gulpgulpgulp… What’s should my opinion be today Mr. Hannity… GulpidyGulpidy, gulpgulpgulp… What’s should my opinion be today Mr. Limbaugh… GulpidyGulpidy, gulpgulpgulp… mmmm, this kool aid sure in scrumptious Mr. Rove, may I have some more… GulpidyGulpidy, gulpgulpgulp…
