DSCC: Charlie Crist is another GOP quitter
The Democratic Senatorial Campaign Committee has a new web ad up bashing Charlie Crist for not seeking a second term. “Republicans seem to be making a habit out of abandoning their posts when the times get tough,” said DSCC Communications Director Eric Schultz. “Charlie Crist created an enormous economic mess in Florida, and is now fleeing at the first chance he gets.”
“First it was President Bush, now it’s Governor Palin – when will the Democrats stop trying to turn Republican candidates into other people and finally focus on the critical issues facing America, like bipartisan health care reform and skyrocketing unemployment?," said NRSC spokeswoman Amber Wilkerson. "Obviously the Democrats are nervous about Governor Crist’s candidacy if they’re spending this much time lobbing these pathetic attacks instead of figuring out how to turn our nation’s economy around. Perhaps they should redirect their energies toward accomplishing something positive for the American people.”

Quitter? Heck, he basically quit within the first few months. That's when he started campaigning to be a vice president contender. Keep slamming him - maybe it will eventually sink in with people how terrible he has been for Florida!

In these bad economic times we need a good Governor now. We don't have a good governor or any governor at all, Crist is too busy running for senate. We need more than ever before a fair honest leader but we don’t have one.

There are numerous quitters in Obama's Cabinet under this standard - Napalitano, Sebelius, Clinton, Salazar, Solis, LaHood, Emanuel...Come on this is plain silly.

DSCC, why do you talk at us like we're retarded?
That's the Republicans' job.

Heck if I was a Republican, I'd be quitting too. Not seeking higher office, just plain quitting.

I knew Christ was a phoney from day 1. I only hope he doesn't get elected to the Senate so he has to go get a real job....loser/con.

Quit Hell,
When was Charlie ever a Governor?
His wealthy friends bought the election for him, and he paid them back.
Now they will try to buy a US Senate seat for him.

Bet if Charlie does lose the U S Senate Seat, he gets divorced within a year. All the "bundlers" are Charlie's new friends in the Hamptons- thanks to Carole. And he won't disclose who they are - not the "open" Charlie we used to know.
I used to support him- but have seen what an utter phony and opportunist he really is.
