Marco Rubio as the new Katherine Harris | Main | Rich Heffley: Happy to stand up for Charlie Crist »

October 29, 2009

Poll says: Crist isn't 'most overrated' ... just second-most

Well, the Washington Post'svery unscientific online poll for "most overrated governor" has tallied the results of the more than 9,000 votes cast over 24 hours, and the winner is (drumroll, please) ... Texas Republican Gov. Rick Perry with 43 percent, giving him the less-than-desirable label.

That's good news, sort of, for Florida Gov. Charlie Crist, who at some points during the polling was ahead of Perry -- and in a week that hasn't been his strongest. The bad news is, Crist still got enough votes to come in as the second-most overrated, with 35 percent of the votes.

Rich Heffley and Charlie Crist Fail In Their Rubio Attack. Potentially Violate Federal Law.

The author of this Buzz entry failed to mention that The FIX poll had only 6 governors to choose from.

Not surprisingly, the governor of the state with the largest population won (Texas). The state with the second most population out of the states listed came in second (Florida. And the state with the third most population on the list came in third (Pennsylvania).

I don't know much about Rick Perry but he'd have to be a real LOSER to come out behind Charlie Crist!

This is GREAT NEWS! Go Marco. Go Meek.

ABC (anyone but chuck)!

So Heffley is now running this campaign?? Explains the worst 3 weeks Crist has ever had in the press. Go back under your rock Heffley!

Is there anyone left around Charlie from the 06 race? Heffly Greer Ike had nothing to do with that win. Why is Charlie risking everything with these bozos? Its too bad. How does Charlie not see this total destruction of his future?

10:19 is on the right track with his thinking. Texas is a bigger state than Florida so there are more disgruntled voters as a whole there.

But I highly doubt that Rick Perry is worse than Chuckles the Clown. Heck, at least he hasn't been campaigning for various positions since he became governor, unlike Chuckles the Clown.

If those Texans knew what a creep and derelict Chuckles was, they'd have joined us in voting for him.

On a different note, it's funny to see how all this negative campaigning has backfired on Chuckles the Clown. It's becoming more and more apparent that the Hitler video was produced by Chuckles' people to turn around and blame Rubio!

Heffley works out of the RPOF and that place is constantly slithering with Chuckles staffers, campaign personnel, and a whole assortment of other such sycophants, malcontents, and fatsos. I bet Heffley's not the only one behind this.

Dig Shannon, dig! You've been doing a great job exposing these reprobates.

11:07 - LOL

"His sin? Marco Rubio is not a real fiscal conservative because he is paying off a mortgage and student loans. Dude.

Is that all Crist has to work with? While yes, it is. And the reason is pretty simple: unlike Crist, Rubio actually is a conservative."

AND he actually owns a home, unlike Crist... LOL

Who cares if a Crist backer makes a website? How about all those Rubio backer's sites? hmmmmmmmmm.

“Poll says: Crist isn't 'most overrated'...just second-most”

Clearly, they do not know Chuck... come to think of it, not many of us do either, since he’s never actually governed our state. Chuck has been a total embarrassment to all Floridians, even the blue-hairs who think of him as the daughter they never had. He’s the most self-serving, do-nothing, underachieving, unaccomplished, closet gay, fake wife sport’n, barbie doll of an empty suit we’ve ever seen here in Florida. And if this state’s electorate is dumb enough to elect his to ANYTHING EVER AGAIN... then we deserve the results of our ignorance, and our cute little nickname of “Floriduuh”

He's not even first for lameness??

HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA

12:58,

Please be careful. Plagiarism is a dangerous thing. I saw the exact terminology ("most self-serving, do-nothing, underachieving, unaccomplished, closet gay, fake wife sport’n, barbie doll of an empty suit we’ve ever seen") in the newspsper recently. Except it was in reference to the President.

Whatever the flawed methodology of this poll, I'd take Rick Perry over Charlie Crist without thinking twice.

But Charlie should be humbled by Mattel creating the new Ken doll in his image...
