Putnam returning Rothstein-connected money

Putnammug "Out of an abundance of caution," Adam Putnam said today that he would return "several" contributions connected to Scott Rothstein's law firm.

The campaign did not receive any personal contributions from the Rothstein, said Putnam, who is running for state agricultural commissioner. The contributions amounted to about $4,000.

What a horrible Ag Commish He will Be.

What a GREAT Ag Commish Adam Putnam will be!

Gee, who would you rather have as the Commissioner of AGRICULTURE? Someone who is a 5th-generation farmer, or a lawyer and former mayor who thinks that food is made at Publix and Winn Dixie?

$4,000 dollars? What about the billions when he was in leadership in DC saying the sky was falling and we had to do the bank bailout. Then afterward the money didn't go to the sky is falling project and we still don't know where it all vanished. There is a primary in the Republican Party and it's not going to be easy on you Congressman. Pretty speeches doesn't turn a fiscal Progressive into a fiscal Conservative.

Looks like Salerio and his crack addiction have made their way to the blogs today. Nice top adviser you have there Mr. Baker.

Good for Adam, our next AgCommish

What about the fact that this guy helped us lose control of Congress...he was one of the top guys in Republican leadership and they expanded government and increased spending...he voted for all of that stuff and it lead to the Ds taking over...he should be held accountable. Actions speak louder than words.

Putzie, you stupid schmuck. You and Trey McNutley the boy genious cannot run from your career of Bush butt kissing at the expense of Florida and the nation. Trey you are a food stamp case, Putz was dumb enough to hire you which is all you need to know. We will see how much Agribusiness Putznam knows, when he gets sent back to Polk county to milk cows and pick oranges. What a fraud!
