This is a Forever 21-type store, with cheap, trendy items that aren't the greatest quality but, heck, who cares if you don't have to spend a bunch on a fad that will be out after one season. Definitely a spot to check out for back-to-school shopping for the teen and young women crowd. Or, if you aren't down on junior sizes, at least take a glance on the excellent accessory rack.
