SPAMendment

My brother just sent me a photo of SPAM Musubi (Hawaiian SPAM sushi delight) but I couldn't copy it to paste here. It was stunning. I did find this one, though, which captures some of the glories of nori-wrapped SPAM. Spammusubithumb

Having previously lived in Hawaii, where more Spam is consumed than in the other 49 states combined, this photo makes my mouth water! Not only is it delicious, but along with the hot dog it is the reigning champ of golf course snacks. As they say in the islands, "Broke da mout'!"
