Sliders!
Alright, I admit it, there were some wiener omissions in my story on Thursday. Having written about one of them, Chi-Town Dogs (4115 66th St. N, St. Petersburg, 727/343-9003) fairly recently, I decided not to include them. Still, an omission. To make amends, I'd like to alert the local dining public that Chi-Town has begun serving White Castle/Krystal-style sliders, those little babies with the onions on top and the pillowy rolls. Two is about right for a meal, each one running $2.35.
There, I'll sleep better tonight.

If they were really from Chicago they would be featuring Cock Robin burgers!
I don't remember a mention about Skyline Chili hot dogs in your article. They are not my favorite, but there sure are plenty of people in the area (aned Ohio) that like them.
How about worst hot dogs? Let me "throw out" the dog served at Brighthouse field where the Threshers play.

I wouldn't say I've ever been the type to go to a place based on Hot Dogs.. I've always been the one to take 'em with ketchup n mustard if someone was grillin' out.... I DID however go to Chi Town Dogs to find out what their specialty dog is about and now I can never go back to the "same ol' dog"!!! WOW is all I can say. With a "Cheers" feel upon walking in to the dog with a bite... I would recommend to anyone who likes "dogs" or not to make the trip to try theirs. AMAZING!... Hard to find place but worth the search!!!

I agree with Jessica. I'm not a hot dog fan but I tried the place this weekend and I would definitely go back. It's the only way to eat a hotdog... the Chi Town way.

Cock Robin burgers? Never heard of them, but it sounds disgusting, and I'm from Chicago originally. Man we could use some White Castles down here, glad to hear Chi-Town dogs is slinging some great Chicago Style hot dogs, they're great.
