Lee Roy Selmon's sold

Not sure what it means in real terms, but OSI (the parent of Outback Steakhouse) has agreed to sell the majority of its stake in the six-unit Lee Roy Selmon's to an entity led by Outback Steakhouse founders Bob Basham and Chris Sullivan (part of the buyout group behind the 2007 OSI going-private transaction). Lee Roy Selmon himself would remain a partner in the business. A similar deal fell through last year with a different investor group. It seems OSI aims to sell off its other secondary concepts like Roy's, Cheeseburger in Paradise and Blue Coral Seafood and Spirits. Its core concepts include Outback Steakhouse, Carrabba’s Italian Grill, Bonefish Grill and Fleming’s Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar.
