Florida's very own water fueled car.

Testcar1 Here's a truly original home-grown Florida concept - add a water-generated gas to your fuel to boost its energy efficiency.
A company in Clearwater has patented a Hybrid Hydrogen Oxygen System (HHOS) that uses a gas generated from water as a fuel additive in a standard gasoline or diesel engine.

The company, Hydrogen Technology Applications Inc., has applied its system in two prototype vehicles — a 1994 Ford Escort Wagon and a 1998 Ford Ranger pickup.
Its 'H2O 1500 Aquygen™ Gas Generator,' produces what the company describes as
"a combustible gas made from water that is a safe, cost-effective, environmentally-friendly alternative to and enhancer of fossil fuels."

Test results are so encouraging that HTA says it is in talks with one auto manufacturer as well as the U.S. military.
The company says that with only slight modifications to the standard combustion engine it can increase your car's horsepower while also boosting fuel economy (miles per gallon) by 20-30 per cent. In the process, emissions are dramatically reduced, including CO2.

"Because the HHOS is evolutionary, not revolutionary, it utilizes the time-tested technology of the internal combustion engine and the existing refueling infrastructure," the company's website claims. "The HHOS could save billions of dollars in redesign and retooling costs compared to fuel cells."

The company's 'Aquygen™ gas' is produced inexpensively from water and is generated on demand by the vehicle. The gas was originally developed by HTA's founder, Denny Klein, as a substitute for oxyacetylene used in welding and metal cutting. The company says it can be used as an additive to any standard fuel.
The system is still in development and the company has yet to produce any retro-fit kits.

From HTA's website:

* the HHOS enhances proven technology, i.e, the internal combustion engine, which has been proven reliable over trillions of miles for more than 100 years.
* the HHOS can be retrofitted on millions of existing gas and diesel fueled vehicles.

This may all sound somewhat fantastical to the average reader, but it's worth noting that HTA's system of separating hydrogen from water using electrolysis has been around for years. Major companies including Shell are working on similar hydrogen gas technology. We recently quoted Shell's U.S. president, John Hofmeister, speaking at the lunch in Miami where he described a potential water-for-hydrogen energy future.

Here's what he said:
"In our Amsterdam laboratory we are producing hydrogen from water. That's our ultimate goal. That would be a remarkable solution to the world's energy requirements for mobility; to produce hydrogen from water where the only waste product from the fuel cell automobile would is water vapor. It's like perpetual motion, or an indestructible energy source.

Now, we have a long way to go for that to be economic and we need to keep working on technological breakthroughs to make it possible to do it at the commercial application level.
In addition to that we see other sources of hydrogen, whether it's from biofuels or nuclear sources, but in the beginning most hydrogen will probably come from hydrocarbons
."

The main difference with HTA's HHO System is that it uses a hybrid technology rather than the stand alone hydrogen fuel cell technology currently being developed by auto manufacturers. HTA's Aquygen gas also appears to be far easier and safer to store on board. While it does not eliminate the need for gasoline, it does radically improve mileage while decreasing emissions.

I always believed that water held the solution to the world's energy problems," says Klein. "I have made it my life's work and our company's mission to solve that problem.”

I encourage our readers - especially those who understand hydrogen technology - to let us know what they think of HTA's system and its potential commercial viability.

The hydrogen efforts of Shell, Honda, BMW, and other major companies aside...it's painfully obvious that hytechapps is actually a fraud. I contacted the company as a potential investor, and found that no one there knows a thing about science or thermodynamics. Their old website hinted that they had discovered a more efficient electrolysis process...but in person they will tell - with a very straight and serious face - that they've broken the laws of physics and chemistry, and that they are creating energy out of thin air.

If you confront them at all about any aspect of their theory, they will get very combative and start insulting you, instead of actually defending their project. I would recommend that everyone avoid being suckered into this scam, and invest their money in real projects, like Tesla's electric cars.

To the uninformed person, annonymous, who was too cowardly to reveal his identity, but still had the nerve to call us a "fraud", I would open the doors wide for you to come to our lab/office and see the technology for yourself-----the only people that ever dismiss our technology are those that have never seen it firsthand---there have been sveral whitepapers written and accepted in the scientific community on our technology---but is is new and unique and novel---it is not in any science textbook yet since it is brandnew. Please try to make comments based on real knowledge, particularly statements that are slanderous. If you are so sure of yourself, why then didn't you leave your name. That's the curious thing here.

Hi Steve,
I was on a plane from New Jersey to Calif. Everyone was talking about your Hydrogen tech. applications. I wish you all the best. I would run to buy one of your cars. I would love to be alive to see the day we stopped relying on foreign oil!!!!
God Bless Your Work.
Ellen Miller

What you have presented is astonishing and you are to be commended for your breakthrough discovery. Please let me know if I can invest in your company if it goes public---------thank you

You guys have given me new perspective on science...I'm just curious now if there's a way of converting garbage into electricity; I'm sure it's possible, we just need more geniuses like you to perfect it.

PS. I bet the first guy who left a comment is with the oil company

I wish you guys the best of luck and success

Umm...this isn't unique:

http://www.watertorch.com/
http://www.hypowerfuel.com/home.html

There's still the whole perpetual energy generator stigma.

While I would hesitate to call this an outright fraud, calling water a "fuel" is a fallacy. It takes electricity to make hydrogen fuel - or anything remotely similar to it, like HTA's gas. So no matter what the gas, you'd be running your car off the power grid, albeit indirectly. To make the gas on-demand in your car doesn't make much sense either - electricity from a battery would be more efficiently converted into movement by an electric motor. And electricity coming from your car's alternator isn't free - the alternator puts a huge strain on the engine.

The only thing they do to get more electricity from alternators is change the diodes, if you knew about cars you would know that every pully from the car consumes 5 horsepower from the engine no matter from the A/C, Power steering, Idler, to the waterpump. The alternator Is restricted from producing more Electrical current only because of the diodes inside of it. All it is is coil windings, basically an electrom-magnet tied to a pully thats run from the Crank Pully.

Obviously All the negative comments are coming from people who are uninformed. They have not done their homework and are not aware of all the people who have used HHO, Brown’s Gas, and some of the many names it is know by to run Internal Combustion Engines. They should do a little research on Stanley Meyers, Daniel Dingle, Archie Blue, Herman Anderson, and go to the US Patent Office web site to see all the patents that relate to this subject, because like it or not it’s coming there is a whole wave of people working on just this idea with results I might add. So it doesn’t matter if they believe or not it is still coming down the pipe. Ask Stanley Myers Family he was killed for what he developed. Keep up the good work Guys!!!

Sorry, but there is no such thing as free energy coming out of nowhere.

All the changing of diodes accomplishes is raising the alternator to full (~90%) efficiency. It's normally strangled since it produces more energy than is needed by a normal car. This doesn't change the fact that the ultimate source of energy comes from the 20% efficient internal combustion engine.

There's no doubt that an HHO or hydrogen boost-equipped car might theoretically see a small gain in efficiency, but the same gains could be seen by simply turning the alternator on only as needed. There's very little, if any, benefit being derived from this convoluted, inelegant gas system.

Save your money folks...

I guess some people just rely on what they have been told. They think that the world has discovered all there is to know. I am glad that Einstein didn’t stop with this idea or who knows where we would be today? Fact is Stanley Meyer drove from California to New York on 28 gallons of water, using energy developed by water and the engine. Fact is HyPower Develops Hydrogen Technology to Power Vehicle from Water, using energy developed by water and the engine.
Check it out http://biz.yahoo.com/bw/061212/20061212005962.html?.v=1
Fact is Daniel Dingle, Archie Blue, Herman Anderson, Stephen Chambers, has done the same thing, and they all have patents to prove it. This isn't the end of the list by no means. The fact is; it's all about the money, think of all the income streams running a car on water will cut out. I think that there are a lot of people out there will want to stop it. Just think of how much monies just our Gov. makes from gasoline. There is lots of proof out there to say it will work; however, there are a lot of naysayers!!!

Denny Klein, you must be commended in my opinion. The work you've done so far is extraordinary!

Your invention has so many applications! Used car owners can immediately benefit from your unique technology!

Why that's absolutely amazing, when you think about it.

Empty tank? Nooooo problem!

Just fill 'er up.

With water!

That just blows your mind.

Let me ask you, can it be used as cooking gas in the kitchen? I know it reaches very high intensities of heat.

How about as a home heating source?

World events are now at a point where the "need" to embrace this technology is inevitable.

Automobile manufacturers who will jump to bring this technology to the market will be recognized by the public as more experienced in the development of this technology.

If one manufacturer skips over this technology, there will be several others to take their place.

It's a race!

Just let me know when you're going public.

I wanna invest!

I am here to applaud the many brilliant minds that have come to make this a reality. Thanks for the work...I see the unlimited uses through this technology. I will continue to support your vision and your efforts. Misery loves company...so lets face it folks times are changing. Please let me know when we can invest in the co.

As I have read postings and comments over the last few months I have become increasingly aware that the scientific community seems to be more concerned about the efficiency of creating fuel from water than the economic impact of using what is created.
Let me put it another way:

Would you rather fill your car with refined gasoline at anywhere from $2-3 per gallon or would you prefer to modify your exesting alternator and burn water instead?

I have been to Hydrogen Tech's lab and sat in the test vehicle. I have held the little brass ball that glows on the video clips and seen with my own eyes the beneficial applications of this new technology. The car they use is a very slightly modified Ford Escort. It runs and drives as any other car on the road except that it gets MUCH better gas milage due to the injection of the Aquagen gas that is generated inside the vehicle. Now, I don't much care how much energy it took to produce the extra amperage from the alternator needed the make HHO gas from water but what really makes me giddy is the fact that I might be able to drive my car 600 miles on a tank of gas instead of just 300.

Anybody else out there see this as a bonus?

Hi all, if this real this is incredible!! I have one basic questions that Aquygen should be able to answer without compromising any secrets of their invention. Did Aquygen invent a device that can efficiently produce enough HHO from the car's altinater to power the combustion engine of the car? I looked into Myer's work and his major brake through was his method of electrolysis (using pulses of electricity)that produced incredible amounts of HHO with a minimal amout of electic current. If the anwser to my question is "yes" than think of the potential, a boot wouldn't need to cary hevy fuel tanks filled fuel. It would only need a water purification unit to purifier the water before it goes in to the HHO unit.A Boot with this device would have unlimted range, could cary more pay load, and can run with smaller engines (no wonder they killed Stanley Meyer). Marine fuel was over $3.60 a gallon last summer. I just hope that the oil companies don't do anything to put a stop it. If they do we should all fight back and keep the dream alive. After all when OPEC oil raises prices the US oil companies make billions. Thanks, mark

His technique aimed for water only. He then dies of a mysterious food poisoning. This new company is
explicitly downgrading their product to make it appealing to the entrenched oil infrastructure. Why?
Research "Peak Oil".
Also research 9/11
The corrupt trans government, trans corporation, trans bank manipulators have other plans. They have killed alt energies before and this one's only going to be allowed in slowly. They will bust agro business with bio-diesel (which will starve people in 3rd world countries due to inflated corn prices). That will make a load of money though for whoever knows the rise and decline cycle.
They won't allow free energy. The most important and relevant thing anyone can do right now is become aware and make others aware. We have good access to information, currently. Use that.
Look at the company’s website.
http://hytechapps.com/company
Ask yourself why they are so insistent on suppressed solutions that
that "can change the world without changing the world's infrastructure."
that are "evolutionary, not revolutionary, it utilizes the time-tested technology of the internal combustion engine and the existing refueling infrastructure."
when they could focus on using just water like Meyers was? Is the war in Iraq good ?(and please if you think that's an "ideological war against Islamic extremism" (Bush early this year) or perhaps against terrorism then wake up. Why further oil based wars? Why support an infrastructure that empowers dictators and creates hierarchical power pyramids?
Why water and oil and blood instead of just water?
Why less CO2 emissions instead of none?
Just ask that and reflect, and see where it leads you.

I truly believe there are ideas out there that are suppressed. Years ago I drove from near Pittsburgh to El Paso,Tex for a new job. The CO. put me up at a SHERATON. The GM at the new job didn't hire me saying he got a report I was up during the night 'HIGH' running up and down the hallway chasing the maids with a broom. I found out later on SOMEONE started a rumor I was a NARC that went from RADIO STATION to RADIO STATION for the FEDS. Well,my wife and I worked 2-3 weeks to make enough money to get back home near Pittsburgh. lIVING MOSTLY IN OUR CAR. Someone had an AGENDA that didn't include me. I know all about CONSPIRACIES.

If this technology is working, why are there no cars lining up at the front door of Hydrogen Technology Applications Inc.? I figure I spend $4500 in gas a year for my truck that gets 18mpg. It would be worth at least that to double my mileage. All these reports and videos are interesting, but where are the results? What is the limitations preventing it? If it really works, there is nothing to keep it hidden.

I definatly believe in this concept and know it is the answer. Hybrid cars and corn fed fuels are a joke. I definatly think that when you get the idea of conversion kits for all makes of cars perfected, this would be the way to go. Flood the market with conversion kits. The government would have no joyce but to wake-up. The people of this country, (or world) despertly need this or something like it. If George W. ever wanted to be out from under the pressure he's under now would be a good time to make him listen to you.

The technology works, im in the uk and have spent the last year developing such a unit, there are several companies selling the same technology in the usa, its not new, and its not free power either but the small amount of hydrogen you create and add does improve the combustion process, we have diesel trucksshowing an 18-25% fuel saving repeatedly, the reason the usa companies dont have people queing at there door is they are all greedy b******s, there units are bigger than my coffee table and all seem keen to hide the internals with masses of welded checkerplate, and one company wants nearly £10,000 uk, your all jokers and trying to monopolise on people, profiteering, ripp off merchants etc. etc., my unit will sell for a fifth of the price of the american designs and hence be much more affordable, and its about the fifth of the size so much more practical, try checking out dynamicfuels.com or hy-drive.com for overpriced aluminium boxes, if they have spent enough on there product to justify the price tag then they dont have much technical knowledge, or maybe the big boxes hide two rusty nails and some vinegar/water solution, there are plenty of designs on the net for free if anyone wishes to make a home unit to try out, most of the units will boil after 5 mins and just inject water vapour though, if your looking for a crop for bio fuels that requires no pesticides or fertilisers, grows anywhere in the world, can give 3 crops a year and can reach 20ft in height talk to the us government, its called hemp, if you want to know why its really banned read "the emperor wears no clothes" by Jack Herrer

Hi David,
the units we have made have the ability to produce up to 2 liter of
oxygen/hydrogen gas per minute stabily, we set them at 1.5l per minute and have had two independant reports back showing a 17 and 22% fuel saving on 7.5 tonne turbo diesel trucks, assuming that the other manufacturers units produce a similar amount of gas and remain stable. i can only conclude that the results will be similar, despite ridicule from the so called "scientific community" the theory does work, the
companies in canada appear to have invested a huge amount of cash in
there units which they wouldn't have done if they didnt work?, i have
a friend who has an old briggs and stratton 4 stroke lawnmower engine
which will run exclusivly on this gas, the problem is that the gas
needs to be pressurised above 5psi to do the job, and im very wary of
storing hydrogen under pressure, all i can say is have a go at building one and try it for yourself, there are hundreds of different designs on the internet for free and all the parts are easily available, the current designs available are not efficient enough to
produce the amount of energy required to sensibly run a car in its
entirety but with technology advancing as quickly as it does now days
who knows what the future holds?
Kind regards,
Paul

HI David, thanks for the interest, its all the same process, some people
call it browns gas, all of these units use distilled water with a little
electrolyte and create a hydrogen/oxygen mix via electricity from the cars alternator
the trick is making the electrolisis process efficient.
there is a website is www.greenfuels.co.uk, click on hydrogen, they have just finished testing the units with excellent
results and will be publishing them on a new website as soon as it is
ready, there are plenty of designs on the internet if you want to build
one to play around with, it is possible to run a car by putting just water
in the tank, we did the maths, but you would need a huge amount of batteries onboard and for a 12 hour car drive you would need to charge your batteries for about 2 days, there is no such thing as free energy, our unit just monopolises on any othrwise wasted energy check out www.dynamicfuels.com
www.transfuel.net

its all the same kinda stuff in different packaging

Gerald Moretz (Dec 27, 2006) says there are patents to prove that the water fueled car works. Can he, or any one else, provide the patent numbers so that we might all read them? This could put an end to the discussion.

Patent numbers 7,191,737 to Klein March 20, 2007. Go to USPTO.gov, click on patents, search by number.
also
;5,799624 to Hsieh, and 12 more current (since 1980) patents.

This patent claims "improving the efficiency of an internal combustion engine", not a perpetual motion machine. It uses 165 amps (about 2kw) to produce hydrogen and oxygen mixture. Their test data indicates that efficiency is improved when the mixture is added to fuel.

Why is it that Denny Klein's Company, Hydrogen Technology Applications, Inc. have such a weak website? Why are there not more substantial updates? Oil prices are reaching disastrous levels. This can offer the world such hope. Also a 20-30% boost is not as significant as what is shown on the news clip. Is efficiency being scaled back to satisfy the status quo? I do hope they are strong enough to do the right thing.

Water is not a fuel. It is the result of burning hydrogen. The water-powered car is actually running off the electrical charge stored in batteries that are then used to electrolyze water to make hydrogen that is then burned. Since more than 60% of electricity in the US comes from burning coal, you have just invented a complicated and inefficient coal-burning car.

For those interested, Denny Klein's website has finally been updated:
http://hytechapps.com/

Spring 2008 for the car. You can buy the welder now.

Epoch Technology Corp are a company in Taiwan who make HHO generators for several applications. So this gas is being produced and it is being used and therefore cannot be a sham! The only reason we are not driving our cars on water instead of petrol or diesel, is because the government can't tax you on water and the petrol companies wouldn't be able to make profits from you anymore. I think it's pretty obvious don't you?

The closest thing I've seen to a machine running on water was on a Futurama episode, where a robot was powered using a water wheel. If you buy the water fuel claim, then I have a business opportunity for you as well. I have invented a way to unburn CO2 directly from the atmosphere. With it, we can run our cars simply by sucking CO2 out of the air and using it to power the engine. The tailpipe exhaust would have a fresh pine scent.

If you're an avid PS3 gamer, then you know the importance of saving your progress for future game play.
Pls, help me!

Can we run our car with water and gas?
Can anybody tell me is the HHO Gas is real working or is another scam?

hi there, I use water to fuel a car as a supplement to gasoline. In fact, very little water is needed, only one quart of water provides over 1800 gallons of HHO gas which can literally last for months and significantly increase your car fuel efficiently, improve emissions quality, and save money. I found the way through this site http://www.runcarsonwater.us i really recommend it to everybody, it's a nice ebook where you can find the instructions on how to do it! take a look.

johnandrews52- save your money. This is a bald-faced scam. The car battery is charged by burning gasoline in your engine. The battery charge is used to electrolyze water into hydrogen and oxygen with about 60% efficiency. The hydrogen is then added to your gas line and burns in the engine. Water does not provide any energy. Claiming any improvement in mileage is equivalent to claiming a perpetual motion machine.

I do not know about all the people reading this , but I personally wish all these disinformation people would take a powder. I personally know, and have experienced these types of devices and they work. In case you did not know water is H2O..... Duh.... what is in this water? Candy? silica? chocolate?..
I think these folks are all working for BIG oil! What do you think? Why is this type of information not getting front page news every day. IT is because your news media editors are taught to censor it and you do not hear much about it...... WE DO NOT HAVE FREE SPEECH.

G'day, I would like to know how i might invest in Mr. Klein's HHO producing technology?
