The 'Greendex' survey. How to calculate your sustainable consumption.

9320071031shoppinggreenembeddedpr_2 It appears that US consumers have a long way to go to catch up with the rest of the world in our environmental habits, according to the National Geographic Society. Its new ranking table - the 'Greendex' Survey of Sustainable Consumption - places the US at the bottom when it comes to choosing green. India and Brazil tied for the highest score: 60 out of 100. The US scored 44.9.

The results were drawn from an online survey. You can try taking it yourself. Click here to see how you score on the Greendex Calculator.
