It's one way to save fuel, albeit a tad sweaty in the summer heat. It means beating the EPA miles-per-gallon rating for your car by coasting to a stop at red lights and stop signs, avoiding hard braking and acceleration, turning off your air conditioning, and even driving in the draft of big trucks.

The St. Petersburg Times today features an article on how Brad Messick coaxes 60 mpg out of his 2007 Toyota Prius.
