What a great idea! I signed up! But - this recipe for chicken fried rice sounds perfect for tonight, but what can I sub for oyster sauce? I don't have the time (or the inclination) to run out to Publix to get one ingredient.

This chicken fried rice looks fantastic. I think I will have to make it for Sunday night dinner. Thank you for sharing.
