Cunningham most likely will play in Capital One Bowl
Starting defensive end Jermaine Cunningham, who was arrested along with ex-Gator Jon Demps after an altercation with an employee at a Gainesville restaurant two weeks ago, is expected to play in the Capital One Bowl game.
Cunningham and Demps were charged with battery, but the State Attorney's office has not announced its decision on whether it pursue charges.
"We're still waiting to find out the legal part of it,'' UF coach Urban Meyer said. "But I anticipate he will play.''
