Softball advances to SEC semifinals

Sometimes, one run is all you need.

The No. 1-ranked Gator softball team, which has been an offensive juggernaut this season, advanced to the SEC semifinals with a 1-0 win over Ole Miss Thursday afternoon.

With a 1-1 count and two outs in the bottom of the sixth, sophomore Francesca Enea hit a home run to give the Gators the victory.

Florida (60-2) will play No. 4 seed Tennessee (47-13) Friday at 6 p.m. in the semifinals.
