Dee Finley reportedly headed to prep school

Dee Finley, the highly-touted incoming safety from Auburn, Ala., will not be academically eligible to enroll at Florida this week, and instead will enroll in prep school, scout.com is reporting.

Finley will reportedly attend Milford Academy in New York.

He represents the third safety, or potential safety, the Gators have lost since January. Jerimy Finch transferred due to academic and personal reasons and Jacksonville native Jamar Hornsby was dismissed from the team after being being arrested and charged with credit card theft.

Tough break. The kid will get qualified and decide that he would be better off at a school that won a conferense championship, and come to UCF.

Tough week for Gaytor fan, first they lose Kamran Joyer to USF and now one their prized recruits can't qualify. LOL Go Bulls!!!

Wow! The defending champs of the powerhouse Conference USA talking smack. That's hilarious! You need to worry about founding a way to get past USF before you even think about getting close to where UF is. And for you momma bull. Well, all I can say is that I support your program and think you all have a solid foundation but to think that taking a 3 star guard away from Florida meant something is a joke. He obviously picked USF for the chance at more playing time so don't think that you are really pulling recruits from UF. Win your conference before running your mouth. GO GATORS!
