DE Justin Trattou expected to play against Georgia; Moses Jenkins undergoes medical procedure

Jtrattou Junior DE Justin Trattou is expected to play in Saturday's game just two weeks after suffering a tear in his bicep tendon. Ttattou initially was expected to miss 4-6 weeks.

"Trattou is going to play,'' UF coach Urban Meyer said. "I think he's one of the toughest guys I've ever been around.''

Meyer said while the injury can be painful, there is no structural damage, so there's no chance he can further injure it.

"It's an injury you can fight through,'' Meyer said. "Like I said, he's as tough a player I've ever had.''

Also, CB and kickoff team gunner Moses Jenkins underwent a medical procedure this week to help eliminate headaches, Meyer said. Jenkins suffered a concussion in the Sept. 26 game against Tennessee, and has not played since.

"I'm not 100 percent sure (about the procedure), but he should be fine,'' Meyer said. "They thought he'd be ready to go (Saturday), but he's out this weekend.

CB Wondy Pierre-Louis will also miss the game with a hamstring injury he suffered against Mississippi State.
