O.J. can't get a steak in Louisville

Tbdoj051007 We’re pretty sick of Kentucky Derby sightings, but this one has legs. Jeff Ruby, the owner of a Louisville steakhouse, refused to serve one O.J. Simpson when the infamous NFL Hall of Famer came in with a group of about 12 people last Friday night, the AP reports.

A “giddy” customer was excited about the celeb sighting, so Ruby went to the former running back and said, “I’m not serving you.” Ruby said when Simpson didn’t respond, he repeated himself and left the room. Simpson later went to Ruby, said he understood, and left with his party. “It was the first time since 1994 he has ever shown any class” by leaving quietly, Ruby said, saying the attention Simpson got after the slayings of Nicole Brown and Ron Goldman made him “sick to my stomach.”

O.J. attorney Yale Galanter said the incident was racially motivated and he intended to pursue action against the steakhouse. “He screwed with the wrong guy, he really did,” Galanter said. And we know what happens when O.J.’s angry at someone ... he sues them.
